I have an old 2000 Saturn SL1 that my parents had been having problems with since December of last year. He’s old but i absolutely love this car. I’ve taken this car to multiple spots to get checked only for no one to know how to fix it. After doing some research I found this store and they were amazing. The car hasn’t been giving us any problems anymore, running smoothly, and this will now be the place I always take my car for checkups. If you had any doubts on checking these guys out I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

My wife said to give 4 stars since she feels it’s almost impossible to be perfect (5 out of 5). It was her car that got serviced and detailed and she is very happy with the results! It basically looks and runs like new! They also performed a paint-less dent removal (PDR) on the passenger door. It turned out great! She didn't expect the total cost to be as high, but that was because she was thinking of only a car servicing before adding in the detailing and PDR. She really appreciated the full mechanical diagnostic report for her review and approval prior to beginning any work. Aaron and team are wonderful to work with! Very professional and excellent quality of work!

The engine cooling fan for my Evoque would not stop running. Pasadena Motor Cars was able to take my car right away on a Monday and diagnose the problem. 5+ star Customer Service & repairs. Found them by accident looking for Land Rover repair besides the dealer. I liked what I read on their website how they care about their customers small town business family owned. I work a hardware store that is family owned & 100% customer service-based so I felt comfortable calling them to get information about my car being serviced. Jake Sadie Aaron and Owen are simply amazing from start to finish, prices are reasonable & honest. Service repairs were done quickly and professionally. They even washed my car before my pickup. It was super clean. I even asked for more info for detailing my car. Guess What they do it all… diagnostics, repairs, keys, detailing, & body work! Definitely recommend Pasadena Motor Cars. Glad I found them can’t wait to get my car detailed. They work on all cars foreign and domestic.

This is probably THE best experience that I've had, not with just a luxury body/service shop, but any business. I took my I-PACE here for a minor, but very noticeable scrape on the lower bumper. After they looked the car over, which took all of a few minutes, I received a more than reasonable quote shortly thereafter. I was told that they could have the work done in a couple of days. A couple of days later, I had my Jaguar back looking as flawless as it did as when it came off the assembly line. They even touched up a small chip in the paint on another part of the car and detailed it without me asking. Pasadena Motor Cars' quality service, professionalism, efficiency, and cordiality are better than the dealership that I purchased the car from. Being reasonably priced was the cherry on top. They told me what the plan was and they went above and beyond what I expected. I'll be a returning customer.

Let me start out by saying that Aaron and his team are outstanding. They have worked on multiple vehicles for me , and they have truly exceeded my expectations . through their prompt professional service and master mechanics ! I have owned Land Rovers and Range Rovers for over 20 years and have been to dealers and private shops but it is great to know there is still an honest and expert shop to service these vehicles. Aaron and his team at Pasadena Motor Cars is a reliable partner in getting your vehicle repaired at an affordable cost and in a reasonable time! They tell you what you car needs to be compete but also won’t push you to spend an arm and a leg! My 2010 Land Rover is an old lady but I love her and can’t get rid of her….like my wife! Hey, what can I say, I’m loyal! I bought her new and now she’s showing her age. Aaron has seen me bring her in for service and maintenance for years and he always makes sure I leave without any issue. He tells me what my Rover needs but is also honest if something can wait or if it can’t! Safety is always first!
