★☆☆☆☆ Don't ever rent a budget truck from this location. I was notified two days before my move that they wouldn't have a truck for me. (Despite the fact that I had confirmation emails reserving the truck- budget makes you reserve with credit cards info or a deposit) While the guy said he "was working on it" and " the truck that was supposed to be mine was still in Florida and that's why its not here for me" that is not MY problem. I reserved a truck with my credit card three weeks in advance (there is no excuse for this). I wasn't even given enough time to go with a different company (as I was notified two days before my move and all other companies were sold out) Now, after dealing with corporate for the past two days we are supposed to drive two hours to pick up a truck significantly smaller than what we reserved forcing us to leave behind some of our belongings ( as we are moving several states away) next time we will be sure to research our dealer and go with a more stand up truck rental.
