Not much going on here. Nice guys, but not fast. I'm sure you get great service if you have the time to wait for them to get around to your vehicle or if you know somebody there.

Took my suv for AC service, they explained the process clear and simple, at very reasonable price. AC works very well and ice cold. Great work!

Paul agreed to take my RV and service it. I drove it to the shop. 2 weeks later I called for status and they had not begun working on it! Bottom line it took 6 weeks to have them do the work. Poor communication and poor turnaround time. Not going there again.

I've been having my motorhome and Honda pilot repaired at Paul's for 4 plus years . Always excellent service and value. They are very adept as finding parts for older motorhomes.

Very satisfied with with the customer service and the work. Called the shop first thing in the morning , they had space and time to take my car in. Were able to diagnose my problem, and solve it. had my car back to normal, and back to me at the end of the same day.

Called for an estimate to do regular maintenance , oil- filer change, plugs and wires, cap and roader and air filter. they told me they could not estimate over the phone and to bring in the vehicle. I dropped it off on a Monday and on Tuesday I called to see if they had and estimate ready , they said no , so I asked when they might be able to give me an idea of a price, they could not even give me and idea of how long until the estimate would be ready I said maybe tomorrow? he said I have no IDEA WHEN IT WILL HAVE A PRICE FOR YOU , SO I said how about it call you back Friday afternoon again they said no idea when they could give me a price it all started to seem a little fishy.. I'm talking about a basic tune up no surprises nothing is wrong with the vehicle.. I came in with a list of things I wanted done... 1 oil change 2 cap and roader 3 plugs and wires... "basic tune up".. so on Wednesday they called to let me know how much.. I was blow away to here they wanted over 900.00 for a tune up.. I told them it was way to much and I would pick up my vehicle that day.. when I went to pick it up they demanded 126.00 for a vehicle inspection??? what did you inspect? all I wanted was a tune up? the man proceeded to tell me he had hours invested in figuring out how much it would cost... bottom line be prepared to pay for nothing.. I drove off with nothing done and paid 126.00...

Wish i could give negative stars. Do not use this company, i repeat do not use. Had a check engine light on my 1999 chevy tahoe. I paid him to do a diagnostic test which should only take an hour. But he had my truck for about three days, said his guy wasnt in yet. When i finally get the call to come in he says there was a compression leak in one of the cylinders. Which i never believed. But I ended up selling the truck for 900. And I told the person what hr said.Later. the person who bought the truck. two days later told me all he changed was two oxygen sensors and guess what the check engine light went off also it passed with flying colors.Moral of the story he lied. And i lost out on about 3000 dollars.

I dropped off my truck this morning at Paul's Automotive Center for a CEL and full vehicle inspection. I told the service advisor about the CEL, and a few other issues. I go to pick up the truck and ask them to go ahead and do the work to fix it and they inform me they do not work on diesels. They should have informed me they could not work on it in the first place. Dishonest practices.

Just had my 2009 Mini Cooper repaired here and had an excellent experience. I called and talked to Jason, who was very professional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to. He gave me all the information. I needed, and said I could come in same day and they would diagnose it in a few hours. Well, indeed they did ( a spark plug wire had gone bad) and in the course of the service they kept me informed and called to authorize service at every step. They had it done the next morning when the parts came in, which was as good as one could ask. As to the poster who said not to go here, don't listen to him. I almost did, but when I called and talked to Jason it was clear he knew what he was talking about. The service was excellent in all respects, and the price was reasonable for what they did.

Told me they never worked on turbo cars, don't know how to find the issue. I had coolant disappearing after a few days. They initially did a pressure test on the coolant system and found a fitting to be leaking, then tried to charge me nearly $400 for time and labor. I declined. The parts were $80 and took me maybe 30 minutes to swap myself. So they charged me $200 and I still need someone to look at the car. Won't be coming back here or recommending them to anyone in the future. Not sure why they would take on the job if they don't know how to complete it fully. Or at least tell me it could be more cost to find it if it's something more serious.

I brought my chevy in with a strange noise coming from front of the car and they had the diagnosis that day and could have fixed the next day but my schedule was the reason for the delay. I brought it in first thing on a Monday morning and they had it fixed by lunch. By replacing the control arms and bushings, no more noises and now car drives like a dream. Would definitely recommend Paul's for your auto repairs.
