My most recent visit to Paul Benders was for a warning light "service tire monitoring system" displayed continuously. My tire pressure was no longer being monitored They identified the problem, resolved it ..all gud. I first have to say I love being able to schedule online and detail out what is happening with my vehicle. Convenient for me and my schedule. I was called timely with their findings and a cost to resolve. I was happy, with both. Nope that's a lie...I was over the moon ecstatic at the simplicity of the issue and the lower cost. When I went to pick up the vehicle while I settled the bill and checked out, Tyler went out to get the snow off my vehicle and start it. That was a very nice service, since it had snowed all day and a fair amount had accumulated . The place is just awesome in hospitality. The smiles, the warmth the laughter amid the seriousness of the situation is appreciated. Taking your vehicle in for service is stressful enough but at Paul Benders they try hard to make it a GREAT customer experience.

$300 for a front end alignment with all new parts I put on the front end seems very expensive! I used to do front end alignments and 1 hour for a shim alignment was all I needed.

I have been a customer at Paul's Bender Center for more than 5 years. The people who work there are nice, friendly, and helpful. The management knows what they're doing because the organizational culture is welcoming and has consistently been trustworthy. I am a single woman who lives alone and sometimes needs help with automotive things because I don't have the right tools or knowledge to solve the little things that occur. The people at Paul's Bender Center have been able and willing to help me. I trust them to take care of my car and that trust cannot be found at just any automotive business. They were great with my emissions testing. There was a long line (lunchtime the last day of the month), but I was in and out in just over an hour. During that time, I saw them be very patience with annoying customers and gentle with the elderly. I will remember this when I need repairs next.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend these guys. Granted it was a year or 2 ago, had them do some work on a truck i had. Got it back and they didnt do half the work they claimed they did so i was thoroughly unimpressed then. They ended up correcting the issue i'll give them that, but basically only after arguing with them. On top of other problems from them with other family members vehicles. Fast forward to today. I call to get an estimate (ballpark figure) on a y-pipe and catalytic converter install on a Jeep. Seemingly simple and straightforward. They wont give an estimate without looking at the vehicle to give an "accurate quote". To which i would have had to wait until next week to even get the vehicle looked at, and pay for an inspection just to get a quote. If you can't even give a ballpark estimate thats close when other shops have, I'm not gona pay you to give me an "accurate quote" you'll probably end up changing anyway like in the past.
