Worst experience of my life!, tried to get my vehicle inspected, it pass all of his little "tests" and then in the end he Said he thought it could Use a brake job when they were just put on less then 3 months ago and failed me and charged 60$!!!!!! The man was rude the entire time it was a horrible experience, the guy totally robbed me watch out for payas auto that's all i have to say, I ended up bringing my truck to a local place In Milton the next day and pass with flying colors .....

Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Kyle and his father are amazing and actually care about customers. I had a upcoming class I couldn't miss anytime in... I had 2 days till my class started and my was up and I called payas service and they said they were booked beyond my time frame. So I went on Facebook and asked for recommendations on places i could go to get this done quickly. (Me and kyle are friends on facebook) and he comments with ( leo call me at X number ) and within 45 mins after posting the status I had a sticker on my car ready to go. Rob is also an amazing mechanic. He does everything fast and hes honest and real about problems and doesn't try to sell or feed you anything but what you need. And hes also very knowledgable with any auto questions you have! Overall best car buying experience and it's only been maintained since I bought the car. You guys rock!

I have been to Paya's Service Center for the last few times whether it is for my car or my Mother-in-Law's car. The service I receive there is nothing short of exceptional. Rob and the other techs do a great job with the mechanical work, multi-tasking, and being professional to customers. As a customer who purchased my vehicle from Paya's North, the price charges for parts and labor are reasonable. Keep up the good work!

Do not buy flood damaged cars from them. Even though they say everything is fixed it is a lie. I have had constant corroded wires making my car not drivable (shutting off on me and not being able to start back up) with a baby in my car , to not being able to roll my windows up , my radio not working and now giving me issues with safety features such as air bags not working. Their cars are NOT SAFE! I wonder what issue will be next.

Updated Review: The service center this time around was very kind and helpful upon the replacement of our windshield and a new inspection. They pointed out things that we may need to look into doing and the near future but didn't pressure us into getting any unnecessary service done now. Rob at the front desk was very helpful through the whole process, and I would change my opinion to recommending this location to get service done. (previous review)Owner is friendly, but staff is not. They fail to have simple tasks done in a timely manner.

I only have great things to say about Brian the mechanic I worked with. However when a MAJOR transmission issue came up with my vehicle that I had purchased (this issue came up within a year of purchase) I had to call half a dozen times to speak to anyone. I was told that the entire transmission was rebuilt and replaced with new parts, and yet somehow it was already in need of majro repair. I was without a car for over a month and missed out on work, I was ignored by management, and had to go around the owner to a different salesperson to get a response. I was told that the $2500 fix would be covered by Ford as a recall, so I went ahead with the fix. It was not covered. Paya's refused to take accountability, and stopped answering any of my communications. Maybe I am the one unlucky person that got stuck with a doomed car, but I could not recommend buying from Payas. It's not worth the risk, and as someone who works in customer service, I was not impressed by how the owner handled the situation. I was left without a car, nearly lost my job, got stuck with a bill for $2500 when the car itself was sold for $11k. And for the time I was driving my car it was a safety concern. I am very unhappy and still trying to recover from the financial hole they have put me in.

I have been using Paya's for about 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences (and I have had a LOT go wrong with my vehicles lately). They always get me in quickly, the work done is quality, and the service is phenomenal making me feel supported when things inevitably go wrong with my car. Most importantly they are incredibly honest in their work. MULTIPLE times I have come in after noticing concerns in my truck (feeling like my brakes were worn out) and after looking into it told me there was no need for further work when they easily could have convinced me to replace more parts or had more service done. My girlfriend has had identical experiences, with them advising her to get another year out of her current tires when she asked if she should buy a new set. Another instance that stands out was when my AC died. I brought it in to fix a leak, and after repeatedly putting in work to diagnose the problem they determined it wasn't a leak and I need a new AC core (MUCH more expensive) and ultimately didn't even charge me for much of the work they did as it didn't fix the problem. Paya's has always made us feel so much more comfortable in getting work done on our cars and I trust them more than any other shop in the area. 10/10 would and consistently do recommend them.

Went for an oil change, left with a slight dented car by the window… tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and got gaslit. As someone with ocd and gets a car wash daily I promise you my car was not dented before I brought it in. Do not go here.
