Can't argue they made me angry-LIVID even. But best trait of a good bussiness, strong team, and good values is the ability to win someone over and acknowledge mistakes. And people, respect your mechanics! It's a bussiness but they also have a liability to ensure your safety, stern negotiations are defensible, but thinking they personally want to destroy you for saying your rotting car needs for example an engine cradle, or new brake lines that's 100% non-negotiable safety concerns for you and others on the road. 9 out of 10 would go again!

Extremely happy with the service. I was able to get a flat tire fixed immediately. No other place would do that and they were extremely busy. Absolutely a great service center! Thanks guys!

Pretty good overall. However, I expect for my car key to not be left in my car once you’re done with a highschool and people walking by to steal it. Please don’t leave the key to my car in my cupholder for 3 hours until I come pick up my car.

brought truck there for a specific reason after a week, they told me didn't need it so spent the money with them on other things not so important. For them to turn and tell me my truck needs what brought in for originally. They already took all my money on other things to ask for 1300 more on something they told didn't need. There are liars and cheaters. And greedy bastards...... don't go there. Will tell everyone obviously they don't know what they're doing. They don't even deserve the star I have to put to post this review.

I am a regular customer *meaning *(All oil changes, and yearly inspections to clarify!) Whitcomb's auto service is "Honest" with much integrity. I have had other mechanics there, try to touch up wear and tear on my vehicle, at no charge. I highly recommend. "Dave, and Family started this tradition and IT STILL CARRIES ON!" -Good work Ladies and Gentlemen! Happy New year!

I brought my BMW in with a relatively obscure issue, and despite not having a BMW computer to diagnose the issue, Matt and his team spent many hours trying to solve the problem. Ultimately, they were unable to fix every problem, and they gave the car back only charging me for absolutely necessary parts they put on my car. They absorbed the labor cost because they couldn't pass my car for inspection, but I appreciate their honesty and transparency while working on my car

When we can't fix it ourselves this is my garage of choice. They often get me in and out in a short time and always explain what needs fixing. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is top notch. I highly recommend them!

I recently went to Sikora’s for an inspection and tire change. I waited while they did this. My dash light was on indicating an oil change was needed. I also asked for them to clean my air filter. I was grateful for the quoted price and no other charges. Elders on a fixed income are grateful to those who are honest and fair. I appreciate these guys for not looking to add onto the “you need” list! Thanks guys!!

I have been going to Sikora’s for a couple of years. They have always been fantastic. It’s like walking into your own family’s home. They are very professional and take everything very seriously. They go above and beyond and have done things to help me out and try to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and I had to bring it in several times and they did not charge me until they had to fix the car. 🙏🏼✨💫 I will never go anywhere else.

Called up this Service center, last minute on a Friday morning, in order to set up a time to stop by to find out what was draining my battery on my Volvo. They said “come on over“. They ran some diagnostic tests and found out it was actually the new battery that I had purchased last year. Bad cell. Long story short-they outfitted me with a brand new battery on the spot, at a great price, and had me out the door in 45 minutes from start to finish. Good ol’ fashion hometown service, too! Special shout out to John and Mark for making the experience seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend this business!

I took my car in for a "check engine" warning light. The problem wasn't fixed the first time. The light came back on shortly afterward. Matt took the car back and put in another oxygen sensor at no extra charge. He even called me twice afterwards to make sure the car is working fine. I have been using this shop for decades. This is a great local auto service place.

Whitcomb's was recommended by a local I trust. I brought a newly purchased used car into them for a check over. They were quick and thorough and were able to see me the same day and get a new set of tires on for me too. Front of house service was polite and professional and the turn around was quick and well done.

I just stopped by to check what it would cost to unfreeze my tailgate, which was stuck due to a sheet that got caught in the locking mechanism. I also poked my button through the dash trying to open it . Matt(?) behind the desk estimated the time and was about to give me an estimate when he came out to look at the damage and ended up fixing it all. He must have spent 15-20 min. away from the desk helping me. I love this small town garage and I love the fact that he was willing and humble enough to help me on the spot. I gave him a big hug and he refused anything else. God bless these men and I am so thankful they are the people they are; honest, fair, conservative, helpful, humble, and compassionate. Thank you, guys, for having my back!

I've been coming here for as long as I could drive a car (10+ years). Even after I moved 30 mins away, I still drive here just because I trust these guys. Justin over the years has been my go-to for any car issues. They always find a solution. If you're looking for a shop to treat you right, no mark ups or scams (like other shops in the Burlington area), I can't recommend this place enough. Honest, hard working people who give you a fair price.

Went in for an inspection and was out in 25 minutes. Very professional and honest service. Hoping I don't have to take my car to the mechanic often, but any time I need to I will definitely be coming here

The online appointment thing didn’t work but they were able to get me in today anyway, which I really appreciated. They worked on my car quickly and got it fixed even faster than they’d estimated.

Did a good job getting my pickup fixed but beware of what they charge for the parts required for the repair! Markup the cost of buying the part online by 400 to 500 hundred percent depending on the lowest to highest average online price for the parts! Industry average is to charge 30-40 percent more! they charged me 250$ for a front bearing hub that is 40-65$ online! And charged me 550$ for a front axle shaft that is 125-175$ online! First time doing business with them because I brokedown in Essex Junction and chose not to have my truck towed to my mechanic 50 miles away! Big mistake paid for it times 3 in price!
