Her integrity and professionalism are evident in every interaction. The sincerity in addressing the root cause of my issue allowed me to confidently determine that this was the appropriate repair facility. I highly recommend Penske Collision Center for any vehicle repair needs. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the cost was reasonable. The entire Collision team deserves five stars for their friendliness and accommodating nature. I particularly appreciate Heidi Howie’s stellar communication and service. Her advocacy and efficiency exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed to me far surpassed my expectations.

The dealer sent my new car here to replace a panel with a small defect. It’s hard to believe this work took about 3 weeks. It seems some BMW internal policy was preventing them from doing the work needed. And I had to check it myself and escalate the issue through the dealers management to get approval. I’m glad that the final result is pretty good, and I appreciate their eventual meticulous work.

My Mini required collision repair work. I contacted Ms.Heidi Howie the manager at Penske Collision Center in Escondido. Ms. Sarah Farsian was assigned to oversee the repairs to my car. The service was incredible. Heidi and Sarah knew every detail about the repair process and insurance company procedures. They got my car into the shop right away and worked out the details with my insurance company. Sarah kept me informed every step of the way. My car was completed much sooner than I expected. It looked like new. Everything aligned perfectly and the paint was flawless. You couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. It shined like a diamond. I could not have been treated any better. I'm so glad I brought my Mini Cooper to Heidi and Sarah.

I had major damage on my bmw. Penske made my vehicle look like new. The paint matches perfectly, everything looks and works amazing. Especially Brenden was very helpful. My insurance was very slow in responding and he called them relentlessly to remind them, also was always very responsive to my questions and gave us status updates with pictures. On top of my rear damage, the towing company broke my front bumper and Brenden helped me with my claim by providing pictures of how they received the vehicle. Overall this was the best experience I could have had with dealing with an accident. Penske is not cheap - but the results were outstanding.

Received an estimate and wanted to get my vehicle fixed here as it was recommended by my Audi dealership. Penske did not care to follow up with insurance company at all. I had to call and email insurance myself only for them to tell me that the shop needs to send in the supplement and that they should be calling to discuss. I asked my rep at Penske to do that and was ignored. Ended up going to a different shop who handled everything with zero headaches.

I highly recommend Anthony Vinci at Penske Collision Escondido! He did an outstanding job on my VW Jetta with ceramic window tint (windshield, doors, and rear glass). The quality was flawless, the price was very competitive, and everything was completed on time. Anthony is very professional, efficient, and great to work with.
