The manager was very unprofessional and rude. He threatened to call the police on me he I had my warranty company on the phone and they said telling him that he sent them the wrong paperwork. The claims agent heard him and reported him to his manager.

Superb Customer Service and the staff very friendly and informative . The Store Manager Mr. Kendrick very nice and helpful also keep communication with services that were provided on my vehicle and friendly atmosphere. Some shops not that friendly to customers but this location excellent customer service and very helpful with any questions and patience. and most importantly keep friendly smiles on their faces with everyone in waiting area and checked on everyone in waiting area . Great job and this was my second visit and each time great experience and will drive 1hour to this location for best customer service again

Felt as if they didn't want me to drop my vehicle off the day and time I had scheduled 2 days prior via app for a diagnosis and pick up that day. They found the problem, ill give them that. The problem was they wanted 1100 dollars for a 30 minute fix of a $18 dollar part. 5 screws and bolts.

I thought I needed 2 tires but the guy said I need 4. I hope he gets a commission for his sales. He got me to buy all 4 and windshield Napier. After the sales I went and watch TV until your facility closed. It was a long wait but you have entertainment so ot was OK. Thank you for taking care of my car

Never go here. I saw some bad reviews but I tend to take them with a grain of salt because people usually only leave reviews if they had a really bad experience or really good. I should have listened. I heard some squeaking in my breaks and scratching so I took it in for the free inspection. They told me I needed all 4 break pads replaced AND the rotors - which is well over $1000 with their "discounts" included. I asked them to show me scratches in the rotors and they said "scratches can't be seen by the naked human eye". I asked them what % of brake pads are left and they couldn't tell me. I came back the next day at my appointment time at noon to get the brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced and the person at the front desk (who are all so nice btw) said that no mechanics came in and even if they did, they would need to replace the rotors. I just took it to another place and they said all that should happen is replacing front brake pads soon... And they are patching my back tire. ~$250

My wife took our Cherokee in to get the code pulled from a check engine light. It is suppose to be free but she was charged $127 presumably for a diagnostic since they said the water pump is leaking. Odd that we did not get a printout from said diagnostic showing what all was checked and what checked good like I got at Firestone for $70. Also odd that the code they gave her references the auxilliary water pump and not the main water pump.

Had an appointment for 9am. There was a walk in in front of me. My car wasn't touched for an hour. I wanted rear brake pads and a fluid change and they tried to up sale me new rotors! My rotors were fine. I ask to have my one wheel bolted back in so I could leave and it took over a half an hour! I went to a trustworthy mechanic and had top of the line ceramic pads put on and was out the door in less than an hour! Cost me $182 compared the these con artist quote of $740!

This is the single most incompetent auto repair shop I’ve ever had the displeasure of wasting my time at. They failed to diagnose the issue and held my car with ZERO outbound calls to me with updates. Every update I received I manually called to retrieve. Eventually I had to return to the shop for information, where my car was conveniently sitting outside. They dropped my gas level to a 15 mile range without notifying me of the lack of gas, and told me to go to the dealership. I was charged $127.97 for an oil change and was not quoted on said oil change prior. Had I known it would have been an arm and a leg for it, I never would have agreed. This is the single worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Shameful.

So, I was leaving another auto repair shop that gave me an outrageous quote for a brake job and I saw the Pep Boys on poplar. I decided to go in and get an appointment. The young lady was very cordial and helpful. When I returned the next morning for my appointment, I spoke with Mr. Kenny. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about my car issue. Mr. Kenny was able to properly diagnose my brake job and gave a quote that was half of the repair cost at the other shop. Mr. Kenny got my car repaired the same day at a more reasonable price. I am very satisfied and will return for all my auto repair needs. Pep Boys, Mr. Kenny desires a raise!

Zero stars if I could. They told me my A/C housing was leaking, but somehow couldn’t figure out a basic water pump leak at first time, even though it’s all in the same area. They DID NOT even wipe the area down to see where the leak was coming from. Like… what? Isn’t that the first thing you’re supposed to do when checking a leak? It felt rushed and careless. I ended up wasting my time and money, and still didn’t get a clear answer. Definitely, I don’t recommend coming here.

I will not recommend this location to anyone. Now the other pepboys locations conduct better business. I got my truck towed to this location since it was close to home on Saturday Morning at11am for my 12noon appt. I called Saturday afternoon (2ish) inquiring about my truck, & was told that someone would call me with an update. Never did. I go there Sunday to lay eyes on my truck to see if it’s atleast inside the shop & to speak about my truck & see it’s just sitting on the side of the building. Jay, let’s me know no one is in not even management but someone should call me Monday morning, but discloses that they couldn’t get my truck to stay on to put in the shop, sounds like my catalytic converter needs to be replaced, & that they don’t do that. But nobody gave my truck a diagnosis. Said management suppose to call me & let me know what the mechanic gone do. Monday I waited til 9:30. Nothing so I called, Lady at the front puts me on hold for management, they never pick up, she’s clicks back & say when management gets in he’ll call youuu byee & rushes me off the phone. 9:30-2:30pm NO CALL. I’m in a rental & have to let them know on a return date so I need to know what’s going with my truck and can it get worked on. I called 2:30 the same man I talked to on Saturday which I find out is the manager gives me the same automated message he fed me on Saturday. Promising me somebody’s gonna call & let me know something! He proceeds to tell me the mechanic is backed up and that other people have priority over me (Sat Appt and it’s Monday), but someone will call you with an update. So I asked if he was so backed up why not recommend another pepboys who have more flexibility with a waived tow and why are yall still allowing appointments if you can not fulfill them?? The line grows quiet. I hung up & went up there to grab my key around 4pm , truck still in the same spot from Sat like the wrecker man dropped off, Kenny at the front desk eating watching his phone, so I got it towed to another mechanic shop Tuesday morning, parts ordered & serviced the same day picking up today returning rental today. Sparks,Filters needed replacement.
