I have been going their for years. They quoted me a price then after the job was finished they tried to raise the price and say that I was mistaken. I stood my ground and luckily someone that heard our conversation backed me up. He thought I was a stupid Chicano that didn't speak the European Spanish language. They did a good job but tried to get that extra $.

Let me start off with great deal on tires, but I seen and had people I recommended go and then get ripped off. I had my gf go there and they ripped her off with a $50 buck service fee. Total for tires was $450. Never had a service fee ever for myself and I’ve bought wheels here 2 times already. Also they damaged my lug nuts last time I installed my new wheels. I went to the dealership and they they said 2 lug nuts (sorry not lug nuts but the screw thingy sticking out) was broken. They had to force it to come off and the chances of it being broken were high. So I gave the ok. All in all they don’t mind breaking your stuff. I just think they need more training. Today I had a tires change and I heard the lug get forced more than needed to get tightened. Pretty sure I heard it slip. We will see later when I get home. I don’t have a damaged one in the back. I recently checked.

I have seen this Tire shop several times and never had the need to stop for service. Today, my tire was flat and I called to make sure that my Tripple A could drop off my car at their shop for a tire or patch replacement and I have to tell you that the owner, Hector was so helpful and immediately helped me. Went above and beyond. He has a great team...all fast, friendly and very professional. Definitely recommending his place to my friends and family. Thank you Hector! You were Awesome 👌

I went for a simple tire change. I thought everything had went well until i was on my way to work and made a turn that ended up bad. As i was turning my car hopped and started wobbling got off car to investigate. Thanks for the poor service and no refund. Peoples lives are important! Dont go here! Dont know how to change tires they rip threads, arent professional, and dont care about people. I wouldve took this to a whole nother level if my tire would have fell off my car and caused an accident.

OPEN Sunday!***** Sunday morning woke up to a tire that was low, after inspection noticed there was a nail in my rear tire, now what? Temps today is scheduled to be 104 🥵I need to run errands and work Monday and I wasn’t too confident I would find a tire shop open on Sunday morning where I wouldn’t have to wait hours to have service done. I was so wrong! Perez tires was open! 🙏🏼 drove their , arrived at 9:28am and I was out of there with a quick repair by 9:48 am for $20.00!! This place was a huge life saver and I didn’t even have to get my dog out of the car and wait in a lobby. They did the repair while I sat in my car 🫶🏻🙏🏼🫶🏻🙏🏼🫶🏻🙏🏼 these guys are doing right! Hector and team were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and ethical. I had a screw in the tire on the outer edge (and had already plugged a different nail hole...) and they had a good quality used one of the same type, and fixed it quickly while I waited, at a reasonable price. I went to this shop earlier today needed to swap my wheels to some other ones I had bought. They were assisting professional and everything but they are not careful nor caring. I had bought my new set of welds a month ago ($3k value) and I happen to hear that a wheel had fallen but didn’t assume it was mines till I got home that I notice that the face of my wheel was all scratched up. Didn’t even bother to say sorry or anything just kept it quiet. So that’s why from being a 5 star review it goes to 1 star. Wheels ain’t cheap for them to be less caring and messing them up just like that and better yet I don’t mind paying as long as the job is done but charging close to $60 just to swap four wheels and patch one tire up, and messing up a brand new wheel, not worth it.
