I took my 1966 Mustang (it's been in the family since new) to Mike and his team for a front end alignment. In order to to that they had to replace all of the deteriorated suspension parts in the front end. Then they got to looking at other systems on the car. We ending up servicing the rear suspension, replacing the rear axle, starter, fuel system, and more. I know it sounds like they were just trying to get my money, but every single repair was needed - they truly were looking for perfection for this American classic. Mike even diagnosed that the car had been in an accident some time in the past that had bent the axle (it had been rear-ended but I didn't realize that was the cause of the vibration). The car starts and drives like it must have when it was new - the engine runs like a clock and the ride is smooth. Although they had the car for a few months, Mike kept me updated on its progress - usually any delay was due to parts availability. I highly recommend Perfection Auto Works! Picture for attention...

So I called perfection auto works And They told me they would be a month Or so out before I could bring the car in and to make an appointment, So I did. My appointment is for tomorrow , but today , I was told that it would be months before he could actually get to my car. He told me He has cars sitting out there for months Still waiting to be worked on. During my initial call, it did not sound like this would be a problem And that my car would be worked on when it got there, There was absolutely no mention Of having to wait months once the car got to the shop. If this is the case , he could have set it up to where I could take my car there when there would be an opening instead of leaving it sitting there For months. Now i've just wasted over another monwhen I could have been going somewhere else to get my car worked on. I was Nice on the phone but he became rude and actually told me if I'm gonna be calling him all the time Did not bring my car in. I don't care how reportedly could somebody is supposed to be, But when they talk to and deal with a Potential customer that way, That is a red flag for me. It's funny to me how you said during our first phone Call that you could fix and have fixed cosmophysics and that it would be no problem, And now you say it would be a problem. During the first phone call you bragged about how you could easily fix my cosworth vega. There are only 3 cosworth Vegas here at the moment Maybe I'll ask them about you working on their cars. Yes, I'm mad.You wasted a bunch of my time, And misled me.

Mike the owner of Perfection Auto Works along with his top notch mechanics and his awesome detail guy are the best! Started off by taking my moms 2003 VW Golf to Mike. We had recently gotten the car back from another mechanic. This mechanic put a rebuilt engine in due to the timing belt breaking and causing lots of damage. Here's the odd thing, before this belt broke the engine light was on and it had something to do with the EGR valve. After the 1st mechanic doing the rebuilt engine and EGR valve, we got the car back and the engine light came back on, this is after paying $4k, him having the car for over a year and still having issues with engine light. I had a friend put a scanner on it and the codes still came up EGR. At this point I told my mom we are NOT taking it back to the guy who supposedly fixed the EGR issue specially being he had the car for over a year, and he should of test drove the car to make sure the engine light did not come back on. We then had a mechanic friend replace the EGR valve and a broken EGR hose (after a mechanic had it for over a year) but the engine light kept coming on still throwing EGR code. This is where Mike comes in. I called and spoke with Mike, quite lengthy convo and he was pretty cool and seemed very knowledgably and more importantly seemed to be one of the rare breeds of being upfront, honest and not taking advantage of women when it comes to auto repairs.....appointment made. After he ran diagnostic and done a complete inspection, I was shocked to found out the car had several issues, due to another mechanic had it for over a year and these issues should of been addressed then. We gave Mike the approval to move forward. Guess what, the engine light issue was fixed!. The car runs great and when we picked it up, we didn't recognize it cuz it looked amazing! Kudos to his detailer guy! Mike had gained my moms trust and mine as well, so we decided to take my moms 1985 Mercedes 380 in for oil change, tune-up and AC tune-up. Once again Mike did not fail us, although the car needed more than what we took it in for. One of the good things with Mike is that he does a full inspection and diagnostic to make sure the car is road worthy and safe. Which I greatly appreciate! Another outstanding thing about Mike, is that he stands behind the work being done and will do what needs to be done so the customer is happy. I call that peace of mind for the customer, knowing your mechanic shop goes above and beyond for their customers is awesome! The Mercedes is running great and the best part is that the AC is way colder than it's ever been since my mom owning it. The car looked amazing when I picked it up, nice detail done yet again! If you're looking for a knows their shit inside and out, honest, no bullshit beating around the bush repair shop, then Perfection Auto Works is the place to go!

This is my Volkswagen Jetta 2010 sense inquiring the car I have taken it to several shops and I was overpriced several times told several different things where wrong with the car like the transmission and so much more. I took it to one shop. They fixed one problem but caused me another. Not just that, but I’d like to mention I had to pay to get an exam ran on my car before each shop. Did any work on my car until I ran into Mike and found his shop and I would just like to say that, did they not only help me but expand my knowledge on my car extremely and actually let me know in detail everything that was wrong and that could go wrong in the future the exam was free, which is insane to me because I paid about 175 at every other place just for them to look at my car. On top of a free exam the customer service was great here at perfection auto works. My car was there over the weekend and I got back at the beginning of the week so maintenance was fast and efficient they fixed my car over the weekend he fixed so many things. My car feels brand new when I first took it there. My door was very heavy. My car had some issues with my engine light. There was a few things wrong with it . My gas cap needed replaced a number of things. Mike helped me he fixed my car for a very low price compared to others, and he even gave me extreme knowledge on my car that I did not have he cleaned my car oil my door and did way more then the normal mechanics do. I am more than pleased with my return of my car. It’s amazing to me. How smooth my car drives now compared to when I first dropped it off and they only kept it for just the weekend. I couldn’t be more thankful and happy that I found a reliable auto shop here in Tucson Arizona. since moving from Phoenix, it has been a struggle. This will be the only auto shop. I will be taking my car from here on out and the only auto shop I will be recommending to my friends and family. Mike has great customer service. If you treat him with respect, he treats you with that and so much more. He’s a very honest and stand-up guy. He’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong and exactly what you need to fix it. It turns out nothing was even wrong with my transmission in the first place. It was actually a whole lot of other things and thanks to Mike . I would’ve taken it to a shop and got my transmission fixed and still had all of the other problems, but my transmission is fine. Only charged me what I needed to get my car running an use able , That is not common in auto shops especially when being a woman taking your car I usually end up getting gypped because I don’t know much about cars. That was quite the opposite experience that I had with this auto shop. I left with more knowledge that I’ve ever had about my car I only paid what actually needed to be fixed. I couldn’t be more thankful for Mike and his team!! MY CAR RUNS BETTER THEN WHEN I BOUGHT IT!!! and I bought this car for my brother, he took very good care of it. I just trusted and auto shop before I found Mike’s and my car had been off since then. I’m so thankful they were able to resolve my problems and help me on such short notice too!!!

When a man goes the extra mile, all I can say is thank you God theres people like Mike who's a man of his word and integrity! He Took beautiful care of my car after midas guys did a job and not finish properly, always going to refer people to him and he even washed my car and fixed few other minor things that'll keep me going for years. I acquired an older Mercedes from an online auction. It was poorly represented and the radio required replacement. I booked an appointment with Mike at Perfection Auto Works to have it evaluated and while it was there Mike wanted to have a thorough look at it to see if anything else required attention. On inspection he noted the brakes were down to only 5% to 3% of the original pad thickness and required new pads. Additionally the car required cleaning of the breathers and new breather hoses. Work was all completed efficiently and expertly. I have dealt with mechanical maintenance and repair facilities for the better part of 4 decades. This was one of the most satisfying experiences I have had in all those years. I left feeling as if my car had indeed been thoroughly inspected and appropriate recommendations were made. There was no pressure to complete anything but all recommendations were carefully explained (and at my request, completed). If you are looking for a place that wants your car to be at it's best and you have a car that they service, in my opinion you would be making a mistake taking it anywhere else. Efficient, effective, competent service is sadly not available everywhere, but it is available at Perfection Auto Works. Thanks Mike and crew!

My Flex needed some work for starting issues, maintenance and replacement. Im new to Tucson AZ and Ford has not taken good care of me as a customer. Not only have they failed to properly inform me of issues and dangers within my 2014 Ford Flex but did not put the time and expertise into keeping me safe and on the road. I found Perfection Auto Works and have seen the love from all Mikes loyal customers and wonderful reviews and knew immediately this was my guy. Not to mention the music his company plays on the phone line as you are placed on hold is (Frank Sinatra)💗. Mike is an expert, passionate, transparent, and dead on his work. I had a really good experience with Mike at Perfection. He helped me avoid buying a car that had a lot of hidden problems, which saved me 8 grand, and then when I did settle on my Subaru, it needed a lot of front end work, and some other odds and ends. Mike was straightforward and to the point on what it was going to take to get it safe for the highway, I got a fair price, he used quality parts, and got rid of a lot of rust it had. It was done on schedule and drives great, I’m going to continue to bring my cars to Mike going forward. Highly recommend.
