I am new to Tucson. Perfection Auto Works came through for me in the clutch (lol) during a very stressful period where I was closing on a new house. My 2009 Saab broke down not once but twice in a one week period, once for an alternator and next for a starter. Even though I was a brand new customer, Mike Emery made time to fit me into his schedule knowing that I was new in town and did not have many alternatives for transportation and had a lot on my plate. Repairs were completed promptly. His team also identified other needs and bundled those repairs in and I was back on the road promptly. Thanks to Mike and his team for their professionalism and diligence. I plan to be a long term customer.

Thank you Mike! My Porsche Cayenne S broke down on the freeway outside of Tuscon on a relocation trip from California to So Carolina. Mike was amazing. Handled getting the car moved to him, was a great communicator, HONEST, FAIR PRICING. Could not be happier. I noticed a weird smell coming from my old VW beetle and called here. Mike got my car in quickly and explained things clearly. He even offered to talk to my dad on the phone about my car. My car had a comprehensive inspection followed by an overflow tank replacement. I had to bring the car in again due to the overheating alarm coming on and thankfully it was just the coolant sensor pin that was not making contact. I will come back again for my car maintenance and repairs as they are very knowledgeable in VW cars, thorough, responsive, professional, and honest.
