The team that is Performance Authority is skilled and honest. I have been getting service on my truck there for 3 years now and always been pleased with the level of service and professionalism. They are also the only service shop in the area that was able to solve a turbo issue that 4 shops were not able to do, stealerships included. My experience was excellent! They took my broken down in right off the tow truck with only a few minutes notice. They let us stay there until our second truck was able to get there from Boise to. Take us and the trailer back to Boise. They repaired my truck and stored it until I could get back to pick it up. They kept me informed about what needed done and results. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!!

Shaun, Noah and the boys know their stuff. I have both and old 7.3ford and 5.9dodge. They take great care of both. My (almost factory original) ford had a leaking HPOP last summer. Took excellent care of the problem(s) and gave me a few options for upgrades while it was in there. Left the shop with more than 2x the stock power and an upgraded gearbox to handle it. Defiantly wasn’t a cheap job, but I feel it was well spent and my money went far. Overjoyed with power and reliability. Thanks guys!

You will never find a more experienced, trusted, reliable, friendly, and affordable place to take your vehicle. We have a 1997 Ford F350 7.3 litre, and a 2021 Ford F350 6.7 litre trucks, and they have worked on both. The guys there are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything before getting started. We have never been overcharged, over quoted, or felt cheated in any way. They stand by their experience and work, and we have never been disappointed. There is not a better shop in Central Oregon.
