Worst Valvoline I've ever been to. Take absolutely forever, so much for instant oil change. Waited two cars behind in line at 1130, didn't get finished until 1.15 pm. Slow, slow slow service

Prompt communication upon arrival, professional, informative, friendly. I’ve been going to this location for a long time and am happy with their service and quality of work. I like it that they give me information on other parts that are in need to be replace like filters, but they don’t pressure me, it’s just an informative suggestion if or not to replace and I appreciate that. Highly recommend this Valvoline! (I do wish they would check tire pressure, lights, break lights and top all liquids, I thought they used to do that?)

First time I have questions about my visit. Usually they check the tires and tell you if they added coolant or windshield wash. Nothing was said and I don't remember them even taking the covers off to check. I'll have to pay more attention next time.

This is my new car. It had its second maintenance today. It started leaking oil at night. Oh my god, I can't believe that the engine of a 2024 Camry is about to be scrapped. I will report them to the Consumer Rights Protection Center for malicious damage to private property. My heart is broken.

Do not go here! I have never been more disappointed in a business then I have with this Valvoline. Wife took her 2018 Grand Cherokee in for a standard oil change only to have the vehicle run out of oil within almost a mile of the business. Turns out the tec had stripped the oil filter cap on causing 5.5 of the total 5.9 quarts of oil to leak out and douce everything under the hood with oil. Apparently they never checked to make sure they installed the cap on right which is part of their protocol to ensure this kind if thing doesn't happen. The tec that tried to take the cap off to inspect for the leak was having a hard time getting the cap off it was stripped on so bad. Anyone who has ever worked on a car would know something is wrong if your using hand tools when reinstalling the cap. No doubtly, damage was most likely sustained to the engine from running dry on oil and their version of a solution was to comp the oil change and a car wash. My pregnant wife now no longer feels safe driving her car and I'm now stuck with a Jeep that will most likely need a engine rebuild soon. Took it to Lithia Jeep after to fix the filter that was apparently installed wrong again and actually clean out the engine bay probably from the oil. Spend the extra $10-$20 and take it to Jeep as this establishment obviously doesn't follow procedures and cuts corners to make a profit.

When I took my car in to have my brake lightbulbs replaced, I noticed afterwards that both lights are chipped at the corner where they had been removed to get to the light bulb. Prior to bringing in my car, there was not any damage, no one else has worked on my car, and all the bulbs I've ever replaced have been replaced here

I haven’t had a good experience at this location lately. For example the last time I went in I got my battery replaced during an oil change. The guy forced it in crooked and I had to unmount it and fix it when I got home and saw the damage.

Welcome to Bend, Oregon Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Ended up leaving town from Portland and headed over the hill to Bend without getting an oil change even though we were due. We only left because we went to another oil change place in town, left our car for the estimated hour oil change special. We left our car and returned back in a hour and were told an hour still. We left and made our road trip anyway. Fast forward to now, end of our day enjoying Bend and all of the beauty the Cascades have to offer, we realized we still wanted an oil change and found our sweet spot at Valvoline. Landed here later in the day (they close at 7 and we got here at 6:25) they had us in line and in the bay ready to drain oil in less than 10 minutes. The service was excellent and Both Jason, Jacob, and Luke were Phenomenal. They even went above and beyond checking our records for radiator coolant fluid change and our transmission fluid change, making a recommendation to keep an eye on the transmission service for the future. They checked all of our lights and signals so we can be safe on the road too! They even topped off our radiator coolant and windshield washer fluid as a special bonus for FREE! With the level of helpful service and quick turnaround, we wish we had never even tried to go anywhere else before. We will always be using Valvoline Instant Oil Change services for all of our fluid changes and service from now and forever into the future. If you are in town, either on time or late for oil service or similar, we highly recommend taking advantage of the wonderful services they have to offer. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and we wish you a wonderful oil/fluid service at Valvoline.
