Do not go here! I have never been more disappointed in a business then I have with this Valvoline. Wife took her 2018 Grand Cherokee in for a standard oil change only to have the vehicle run out of oil within almost a mile of the business. Turns out the tec had stripped the oil filter cap on causing 5.5 of the total 5.9 quarts of oil to leak out and douce everything under the hood with oil. Apparently they never checked to make sure they installed the cap on right which is part of their protocol to ensure this kind if thing doesn't happen. The tec that tried to take the cap off to inspect for the leak was having a hard time getting the cap off it was stripped on so bad. Anyone who has ever worked on a car would know something is wrong if your using hand tools when reinstalling the cap. No doubtly, damage was most likely sustained to the engine from running dry on oil and their version of a solution was to comp the oil change and a car wash. My pregnant wife now no longer feels safe driving her car and I'm now stuck with a Jeep that will most likely need a engine rebuild soon. Took it to Lithia Jeep after to fix the filter that was apparently installed wrong again and actually clean out the engine bay probably from the oil. Spend the extra $10-$20 and take it to Jeep as this establishment obviously doesn't follow procedures and cuts corners to make a profit.

I haven’t had a good experience at this location lately. For example the last time I went in I got my battery replaced during an oil change. The guy forced it in crooked and I had to unmount it and fix it when I got home and saw the damage.

Service advisor read off the screen my differentials needed service beard on their records. I just had front door rebuilt and read diff seals replaced and new oil added around 4K ago. What this told me, is diff oil was never checked as I would have been provided that feedback- ie. Our records show you your diff needed service but our service checked and the oils looks good. Which then brought my attention to are the checking the other fluids. I topped off my windshield fluid and noticed radiator fluid was a little low and even brought this up. But I was promptly rejected with its fine. I did see them add oil, but never saw them check any other fluids or even check tire pressure. From my understanding this is all part of the service, and was shocked to not see this done. I started to use this several years ago as I started to notice previous place service go down hill. Starting to happen here and loosing faith in getting good service that is helping to keep my vehicle in good condition and not being oversold. Simply put- disappointed, and have high probability of trying somewhere else to see if I can get adequate service. Techs were nice, but clearly jaded, and reading off the screen, not independent thinking- which is probably because they are not empowered by their manager to do so which is also disappointing

Welcome to Bend, Oregon Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Ended up leaving town from Portland and headed over the hill to Bend without getting an oil change even though we were due. We only left because we went to another oil change place in town, left our car for the estimated hour oil change special. We left our car and returned back in a hour and were told an hour still. We left and made our road trip anyway. Fast forward to now, end of our day enjoying Bend and all of the beauty the Cascades have to offer, we realized we still wanted an oil change and found our sweet spot at Valvoline. Landed here later in the day (they close at 7 and we got here at 6:25) they had us in line and in the bay ready to drain oil in less than 10 minutes. The service was excellent and Both Jason, Jacob, and Luke were Phenomenal. They even went above and beyond checking our records for radiator coolant fluid change and our transmission fluid change, making a recommendation to keep an eye on the transmission service for the future. They checked all of our lights and signals so we can be safe on the road too! They even topped off our radiator coolant and windshield washer fluid as a special bonus for FREE! With the level of helpful service and quick turnaround, we wish we had never even tried to go anywhere else before. We will always be using Valvoline Instant Oil Change services for all of our fluid changes and service from now and forever into the future. If you are in town, either on time or late for oil service or similar, we highly recommend taking advantage of the wonderful services they have to offer.
