I can’t begin to describe how much I would recommend NOT coming to this shop. The most unprofessional blatant disrespectful owner I have ever encountered in a shop setting. I called and purchased 4 tires from this shop, I pre-paid for the tires because they were “special order”, a mistake I will never make again, I had to order the tires over the phone with the OWNER Carlos, during the phone call Carlos made the conversation very hard to follow and understand because of his “thinking out loud”, needless to say with that and the lack of an itemized receipt being provided before purchase everything was a bit confusing because of how many times he repeated an incorrect tire size that I corrected. I drive an hour and a half to come to the shop and arrive a bit before my appointment as a curtesy for the employees incase they need extra time and don’t want to feel rushed since it’s nearing the end of the day. After them trying it out my tire on for nearly an hour they come out to me and say that they ordered the wrong size. Okay that’s upsetting but I am a reasonable human and understand, but what I don’t understand why the owners father and the owner are sitting there arguing with me saying that I told them the wrong size, in which I showed them proof on my phone that I was calling out the right size when ordering tires. Instead of trying to come to a common ground the owners father behind the desk starts arguing with me saying there is nothing they can do and say the tires are “Non-Refundable” in which I ask to see their return policy, which he says is on the recipient in front of me, after reading the whole receipt no return policy and no text saying “NO RETURNS” I ask the owners father to show me where on the receipt it says no refunds and he says “It’s on there”, obviously caught and a lie and still arguing with the customer. Then the owner proceeds to belittle me and say that I am not a “Man” because I consulted my dad on advice of what I should do. This is after the Owner himself Carlos is yelling at me over the phone saying I am lying and he claims the audio is “recorded”, I ask him to show me the recording then to prove he is right and he says “no”. So after insulting myself and my dad, the owner and his father say there is nothing they can do for me, they can’t install my tire, they can’t refund me and they can’t replace the tire with the correct size, despite having no refund policy. The owner said I can take my tires and leave and get them mounted somewhere else, cutting me a check for 70$ like that was going to compensate for the money I wasted on taxes and fees and the hour and a half I drove. The owner and his father are completely incompetent, lack self control and professionalism, and have no understanding of customer service while out right being disrespectful. If there is anything to take away from this reviews, DO NOT, come to this shop and waste your time or money because they don’t care about the customers, they just want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.

I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic! Carlos and his team are honest, skilled and truly caring. They were able to fix my car when I was starting to lose hope. Even though they were super busy, they went out of their way to fit me in and treated me like family the whole time. I’m so grateful for their help and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Ten stars!! Carlos and his team are the best. The air conditioning in my classic car was not working properly. After visiting Performance Plus Motorsports and having them fix my a/c it's ice cold now. Brrr. Just in time for summer here in Florida. Thanks to the technician Jose for doing an excellent job. I used them previously too and both experiences were A-1.

Carlos and team worked methodically on my son's car to heat wrap many parts and replace worn belts and hoses which showed signs of melting due to the heat the car emanated without the necessary wraps. They also replaced the hood. From start to finish Carlos provided written estimates and communicated with us. I'm very satisfied with the pricing, quality and professionalism provided by this business. Highly recommend 👌

When I say This place is nothing but amazing!!!! Carlos and his team are truly, one of a kind. My vehicle came all the way from Missouri to Florida with issues that no shop could fix at all. My vehicle went from one dealership then to a shop where it sat for about 6 months with no answers. Until my husband got a referral to go to Performance Plus Motorsports. And when I say Carlos and his crew did what major dealerships and other shops could not do. They are a blessing to us. It’s hard to find good honest mechanics to trust with your vehicle… “ Performance Plus Motorsports is the best place with the best mechanics in Florida heck even Missouri ( because like I said when I was in St.Louis they couldn’t figure it out either).. so from the bottom of my heart I thank you guys so much and may God bless you all! I was referred here by a friend quite some time ago, who had great experiences with this shop! In my opinion the best indication of a good shop is someone you trust who had a good experience somewhere. I wasn't disappointed! I have been to the shop many times over the years and can't say enough goods things about Carlos (the owner) and all of his staff. Not only do they work with you, they explain things in a way that you can actually understand. They have kept my sixteen year old car running for me, which I truly appreciate. I really trust Carlos and staff not only for their expertise, but also for their great customer service! Carlos makes you feel like a long time friend. Fabulous shop 100/10

My 2012 Audi A5 car died so I took it here and was told that I need a new alternator urgently otherwise even after getting a new battery my car won't start. I was enthusiastically told that I am going to be given a $500 discount, I didn't even have to ask he also informed me that my belt needs to replaced and offered me an amazing price of $2,300 after the $500 discount is applied. I called other mechanics to get pricing and they all had one question "Who gave you that price!" I think they were jealous because 3 different mechanics told me not to come back here. He is such a great mechanic he also examined my breaks and enthusiastically told me that I need nee rotors and if I don't hurry and change the they will grind down which will cost me $1,000 per rotor he is so proactive, I'm grateful for his help I bet he would have offered me an awesome discount on that job too. After all was said and done I decided to get my battery change elsewhere and my car is running just fine, my alternator isn't draining anything and I am getting all new breaks, pads, and rotors for $1,500 at a different shop.
