Nice people they booked for 2 weeks but squezed me in for my emergency TRANI only had first and overdrive with no reverse looks like they just put a whole used TRANI in for me shifts a bitt hard in every year and halfway home the truck wouldn't start hour and a half later found ground wires attached to TRANI bolt loose bolt striped wouldn't tighten .

Horrible, Did me super dirty on my mega cab DO NOT USE SHOP!!! Cost me thousands for a simple converter they didn't fix and then said it was my fault. then after paying them they still left bolts out and left TQ bolts out. Truck is back in shop for the 3rd time. WARNING STAY AWAY! unless you want to waste your money.

The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 is because we ALL have some room for improvement somewhere. Chris's area of improvement would only be need of a bigger shop so he can do more excellent transmission work!! Go to Performance, you will be glad you did!!
