I think my brick house could’ve been cleaner. I think they were too careful after only showing them two areas to be careful on the house, they did clean bottom of my gutters, which was great, my driveway looks amazing but they left a bunch of mud at the end of my driveway. when I pulled my car back into my driveway there were mud tracks all the way through it. And all my windows were filthy dirty and I just cleaned them a couple weeks ago before they came. I just recently bought the hose Windex and it worked great but I would Thought that would’ve been included in the price! It would’ve been nice if someone would’ve called and asked me how it went instead of just sending me a bill! Didn’t ask my opinion till after they cashed my check! Also, I thought this was a local Petersburg Illinois company and actually it’s a corporation out of Missouri! My whole intent of calling them was to give my business to a local small business!! But again, my driveway looks amazing and my walkway up to the house however, they couldn’t even give my walkway a quick run over with the power sprayer! The walkway is fairly new but compared to my beautiful driveway and walkway. It looked horrible after that they left. Heard back from the company, which is very refreshing they’re gonna make up what was wrong. They offered to rewash my house, but I’m getting ready to paint it. It’s very nice to get a follow up after a complaint. Will most likely do business with them again since they are in Illinois small business after all. Not many companies will call you even after you complain. I changed my review to four stars. It’s very nice that they care most other places don’t care! 👏👏

I have used Petersburg Powerwashing now for a couple of years on my house and on my outdoor furniture, sidewalks, etc., and have been absolutely positively 100% pleased! They work with you, they’re flexible on what they can do even if you change your mind when they’re on scene and believe me, I’d be the first to note if I had any problems or concerns. I highly recommend them!😊‼️

After having a company do a bad job last fall, decided to try PPW hoping the great reviews could be trusted. Had my back deck and epoxy garage floor washed. They did a great job going above and beyond with great communication throughout. Super young men and even sent someone back out to assist me (over 70) in moving some heavier items back in after it dried. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I live in a duplex with many units around us. I asked a gentleman as he used my water spigot.For other units to not use mine. Was not informed by him or anyone else that the other units didn't have outside spigots. He then proceeded to cuss me out. Call his girlfriend to have her come over and beat me up. Then, threaten me because he been to prison.And he would take care of it. All this after i'm the one who moved all my stuff, and all I did was ask him not to use my spigot. They need to hire better people or people need to be trained.If they do not already have people skills I should not have to have my life threatened by somebody who's just supposed to be on my property power washing my home. I do want to say the young man, has red hair and beard, did try to de-escalate the situation and assist who he had with him in doing a good job. I truly appricate his efforts and politeness in this. I know this is a edit but I hope the company see this. I will be making a call to re-iterate this as I believe it was brave and rare.

Nice job power washing the entire exterior house which is 2/3 brick and about 1/3 vinyl siding. Also washed window and door frames,sills, front steps and porch 2and garage doors. Workers completed the task in about 2.5 hours. I was pleased with results and the efficiency and completeness of the job.
