A good friend of mine recommended George's Auto Body into a pretty big accident almost totaling my 2016 Toyota 4Runner This was a huge job to be done by any place and when it was all done looked just like it rolled out of a Toyota show room (both inside and outside of the 4Runner) George and his team were highly customer service oriented, kept me up-to-date on everything going on, never rushed and always took the time to answer any questions I ever had and most importantly followed up with me after I picked up the 4Runner a few different times to make sure everything was running smoothly God forbid if something like this ever happens again to myself or someone I know I will always highly recommend George's Auto body on Austin Street in Springfield!! I got my car fixed and they handled everything with my insurance. They took me through the process of explaining what damage they could be fixing when I came in to get an estimate. I've never had an auto shop show me diagrams of the car and explain, it was great! They are so kind. Best repair shop I've been to!

I can't say enough good things about George's Auto Body! The one down side is that the repair took a bit longer than normal. BUT the work was absolutely fantastic, and they gave my car a thorough interior detailing for free as well! They took care of some other scratches near the damaged areas, and tossed in free windshield wipers to boot! George kept me informed about what was done. When I picked up my car, he reviewed everything that he did. He told me he would bill the insurance directly for anything that was nto covered by the estimate. I will definately go here if I ever need body repair again!!!! My car looks great inside and out! Thanks so much, George and staff!!!!!
