It's sad that our own black businesses do shabby work I will never bring my car to this shop for anything ever again they took point out of the car did not replace them the added my front bumper on with nicks and Craig's in them it took them forever to fix my horn and they had me going back-and-forth with the insurance company about my airbag lights they are one of the worst body shop EVER.....DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE SHABBY WORK!!!!!!

Miss Judy and Mr. Kenneth were very nice and professional. They explained the entire process to me. They have me an appointment 3 weeks later. That was great, as I wasn't without my vehicle all that time. When I brought my car in, I was told it might be a week. Surprise! Surprise! My car was ready in 2 days. I couldn't wait to get rid of that rental and back into my personal vehicle. The car looked beautiful. They did a great job in a timely manner.

Phase III is so wonderful! My car was in a hit and run and I had to pay for a new driver side door and rear door. They were able to find 2 used doors nearby and have them painted and fitted to my car under a week and a half. If I had gone anywhere else, it would have been $1,000 more and at least 3 weeks of my car in the shop. I spoke to Judy throughout my process of receiving their service and she was amazing. She was organized, fast, attentive, and incredibly sweet. I am so pleased with how my car turned out and with the incredible work they provided both on the car and in the office. I highly suggest them for all auto body and painting services.

Driving my brother-in-law’s ten-year-old SUV, the rear view mirror snapped off in my hand while adjusting it. Went to three repair shops, they wouldn’t even look at it. The last one pointed us to Phase III. Within five minutes the problem was fixed - and I was shown that it wasn’t the first time the part had broken. Thanks for the quick repair!

I couldn't visit The Big Easy without searching high and low to find this mural of one of my favorite New Orleans' rappers, Lil Wayne. It is located at the Phase III Body Shop in/near his Hollygrove neighborhood. I found it and I LOVED IT!

First class service and body work. Took my truck in for bumper and tail light replacement after being rear-ended. Ms. Judy took care of everything, even contacted the insurance company for supplemental $ to cover custom LED tail lights which she also found replacements for online. Mr. Kennith and his team are hard-working gentlemen who seemed to actually enjoy making my truck look really good. I'll be back for sure!

I went to this location to take a picture at the Lil Wayne mural. A gentleman walked out from this place and offered to take pictures of us next to the mural. He was so kind and helpful and even gave us some history about the area. People from New Orleans are just the best!
