Decent place. Really close to me. Down fall, i paid ten dollars to this place amd forgot to add gas. I went to salina and stayed the night. Went the next day and they didnt give me my money back. One of the workers even knew i forgot and told the manager. But apparently she still said no.

None of the employees wear a mask. Ever! Yet they have huge signs posted on the doors stating the masks are required. Don't go inside! That will be the next covid-19 hot spot. It's a matter of time. When confronted, they pretend they don't speak English.

Woman working at the counter on 09/27 at around 3:40 pm asked for our pin number when paying for gas with our debit card. When we told her no, that we will type it in ourselves, she threw the card at us and told us to get gas somewhere else. She then proceeded to follow us out of the store, screaming and cursing at us belligerently. I have never experienced such awful customer service. This woman obviously has serious mental issues and does not need to work with the public, at all. This is who phillips 66 allows to represent them.

I will never come here again! Had 2 mi worth of gas in my car and the next nearest gas station was 8 mi away. Attendant refused to sell me gas because I only had a $50 bill because they don't change $50's! She wouldn't sell me the gas even if I could afford to put the whole $50 in my tank which won't fit even with $2.19/gal prices because they "don't take $50's. I ended up down the road out of gas and had to walk the rest of the way to the next station(5 mi) and back(5 mi) again in - 17° temp with 30 mi/hr winds! I'm 48 yrs old, disabled and lucky I didn't end up with severe frostbite since it took a little over 2 hrs to walk both ways!

Not 24 hours, I work across the street and have tried to go over here multiple times over night to grab something for lunch or cigarettes. Every single time I've gone they are completely closed with no cars or anyone in the store. I've wasted breaks and lunches in the same night to try and grab things from here and they are closed, from about 1 am to approximately 5 or 6 am. I understand bathroom breaks, but no one sits on the toilet for 5 hours. Update your hours or I will be reaching out to the franchise.

This place takes advantage of people. Last week my son went in there and the man rang up his stuff and told him it was 8 dollars more than I knew it should have been. My son came home empty handed so I went back myself and got the same items and it was the right price. Today my daughter went in the pay for gas for me and said it was 2 dollars less than I know it was. When I went in the ask him about the other 2 bucks he couldn't understand English... But spoke fine before I asked him about ripping people off. Also the homeless camp they have at the car wash is an eye sore for sure.

Location is very run down. Street sign identifying as Phillips 66 is broken out. Car wash is apparently not working as two homeless men have set up an encampment in front of the car wash entrance door. I was the only car there. Fuel pump did not print a receipt and I was afraid to leave my car to go inside to get a printed copy. Couldn't tell if anyone was inside anyway. Propane cage in back had been broken in to and gate was hangning open. This is close to my work, but sadly, I will probably go elsewhere from now on.

I live not too far from this gas station , I’m tired of going to this place . They’re never opened on time and they close early . Not 24rhs at all. One more thing they will scam you!!! Be mindful of this place call the number I left on them, this place needs new management
