Every night the computers reset and they can't sell ANYTHING. Not even with cash. No signs, nothing, there were 3 people in line when they told us it would be 15-20 mins before they could ring us up.

Not 24 hours, I’ve been multiple time at early hours and all the lights are on and the open sign is on and a cashiers behind the counter but the doors are locked and he says they are closed I’ve been going after my graveyard shift for years and just now they’ve started locking their doors at 2am I think or at least this one cashier has been

This would be a great location for a QuikTrip. I like this group in small towns like Yates Center or Independence (the small one in southeast Kansas near my hometown where Phillip’s 66 was founded). I don’t need it here.

There card system was down no notes on the pumps to advise not to use your card. card declined and they still took funds out my account and refused to correct the situation the manager is racists very rude disrespectful and a very unpleasant and unprofessional person

I've been coming here every morning before work. Their coffee has saved me numerous times. My only wish is for their on-the-go breakfast stuffs were more affordable. Other than that, I like it. :-)

Here I had the most unpleasant fueling experience I’ve ever had. I went to pump 5 and inserted my card, it said “declined” and locked my card in place. Then, I went inside and the employee said “Just wait a minute or two for it to release your card.” I waited around 5 minutes before my card was released from the machine. I went to a different pump and I had to manually pump the gas as it would automatically stop around every 2 gallons I pumped into my car. I’m not sure what is wrong with the pumps and the card readers, but the management should definitely look into getting it fixed.

Sometimes I stop by here in the morning on my way to work and the morning staff are always extremely rude to me. I have not had one good experience except for the night staff who are much more polite. I used to frequent this shop nearly once or twice a week in the past year but they have lost my business for gas and convenience.

The map listing shows this place open 24/7. The answering system at the station does as well… w a message saying I’m a big deal but they are busily w customers or… some such thing. Granted it’s 3:48am… on a Monday… Yet still in that crazy 24/7 window. I get here and the employee just locked the dirt and held his arms up in a cross type motion. ? What? Closed? Hu? There’s no cars on the property (1,likely the employee) to bad he was SO EXTREMELY overwhelmed w customers to answer the phone! I’m not familiar w this area. I have no idea what else is open. I ask through the door and he yells “Closed, we are closed! No, No…closed NOW! Horrible service all the way around. I see why there are so many iffy and negative reviews.

yesterday I visited this location and purchased some gas and some other items however I was in a rush, put the things down in the car and drove off forgot to pump my gas Immediately turn back around and went back to the original pump that I was at I sent my daughter in to inform them that I forgot to pump my gas just to be told they were nothing they could do and then I had already pumped my gas after that and I went back in. I took a picture and video showing the clerk that I hadn’t received my gas I even told her to check the camera to see who stole the gas she told me the manager was not there. I asked for his information. She was pretty rude throughout the experience. I called the manager this morning, and the manager said the exact same thing that he would not compensate me for the gas I paid for I will never visit this gas station again. this was super frustrating

$1.50 to use an air pump for tires and neither of them work. Employees said they couldn't help and didn't care. Told me to try another gas station down the road. Told me they put a sign a few days ago saying it didn't work so not a new problem. Went to QT just down the road for free air and great service

This gas station is poorly run. Gas pumps work half the time when filling up on diesel. Pumps are never marked if they are out of order or out of diesel. The outdoor paper towel dispensers never work either. With the high end area you would expect a nicer gas station.

This has to be the most dishonest gas station I’ve been to. I’ve gone here a few times and every time I go to pay for it, it’s more than the tags say. The worst part is the cashiers will gladly “negotiate” vs what the tags say. Absolute scam making money off of assuming people won’t pay attention to the few dollars difference.
