I was told my other mechanic shops that my engine was completely shot. They were telling me that the timing chain broke and when that happens it causes catastrophic damage to the engine. i was also told that I’d need to replace the engine. I got a quote for a used engine of $3610 and up. My finance company wanted to have it looked at by a dealership so I made an appointment and I had it towed to Molle Toyota and they did the diagnostic testing. Come to find out all the spark plugs were fouled out, and after sitting for several months not running during the coldest part of winter the battery needed replacing. They did an oil flush to clean all the sludge out of the engine and then an oil change. And a few other minor issues.my total bill came out to $629.00.

I bought my Tacoma at Molle Toyota in December of 2024. I have two years of Toyota care so the only place I have taken it to for service is Molle Toyota. I have had an oil change and 3 tire rotations. Over the weekend I had a flat tire. No big deal I have a spare tire. I tried the take off the flat tire and a couple of the lug nuts seems tighter than they should be. I grabbed a cheater pipe and got one broke loose. The second was proving to be more difficult. I gave it all I had and the lug wrench literally broke before the lug nut came loose. I took the tire to Molle to have it repaired since I bought tire coverage with the purchase of my truck and discussed how they over torqued my lug bolts last time they rotated my tires. They refused to admit they did anything wrong. They did get me a new lug wrench and offered to put the tire back on my truck for me. I declined. They do faulty work and then not take responsibility for it. I am faithful to brands that are faithful to me. I will never buy another vehicle from a Molle dealership, they will never service one of my vehicles again.

I had a great experience. They fixed a wire disconnect on my clock spring and went ahead and did a full inspection just because, which I really appreciated. Skylar helped me and made everything easy. I didn't pay as much as I was quoted because they said it was an easier fix than they thought. It’s hard to find service departments that actually go out of their way for you, but they definitely did. I'll be back.

I purchased a certified pre owned Toyota sienna 3 months ago and called ahead to schedule an oil change and it communicated how it was covered yet when I came in (with my toddler and 3 month old baby) they tried to charge me $80. Ultimately they were able to figure it out and I wasn’t charged but it was very inconvenient and added waste of time that was challenging with my two littles there. Additionally what ever happened to good customer service? The service techs didn’t open or hold open doors for us (a toddler and then myself carrying a baby in the car seat) no complementary water or light snacks in the waiting area, however there was coffee. Everything must be paid for and isn’t even in a vending machine which was another challenge when waiting there to have service completed with a toddler (they can see and grab for the snacks but can’t have them unless I pay extra).

Customer service today was top notch but the wait was not. Two and a half hours to get my oil changed for a scheduled appointment. However the service liaison I had today was the best ever and I WISH I remembered his name to give him kudos. He gets a 10/10.

Good experience, I like the personalized card from the technician on the dash upon completed service. They also aired up my tires to the correct pressure which I appreciate, though I had aired them down a few points for better handling intentionally, all good though. Atleast they checked tire pressures which most dealers don't with an oil change.

I never feel pressured to buy additional services and they explain what’s priority versus what is ok to wait on if need be! After having my Camry jumpstarted two times for a dead battery, I called to make an appointment and the earliest I could get in was in a week. I made an appointment at 11 o’clock for a battery replacement ; I arrived at 10:55 for my appointment. All personnel in the service department are highly professional and welcoming. There’s no complaints in this department. The very comfortable and clean waiting room was almost completely filled with people with only two seats left. My service took two hours and 15 minutes to test my battery, Confirm it had failed the test, and to replace my battery. I think the service department was overbooked, or else they were accepting customers who did not make an appointment. I left Molle Toyota at 1:15 PM. I think two hours and 15 minutes is too long for the service that I scheduled. I hope they can do better on scheduling and not over book, or quit accepting customers who have not made previous appointments. Other than that wait time I absolutely love Molle Toyota service and employees.

I visited Molle for the first time to service my (new to me) Toyota. Skylar helped me when I told him it was my first time there, he explained how to enter the service area, gave me a mini tour of the dealership, and explained everything very thoroughly. I had a few cosmetic questions about my car and he took the time to listen and address every question I had. He was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had while servicing a car ever. I will definitely be back in the future!

Terrible customer service. Once I entered the building I waited 10 minutes to even get looked at/greeted when multiple workers weren’t even busy. Waited 2 hours for an oil change with my 3 year old son. Once they finished my oil change they didn’t even come and get me, I had to go and ask the guy “Brandon” for my keys since it wasn’t a priority for him to let me know it was ready. He was too busy joking around with his buddies to be paying enough attention to see that my vehicle had been ready for over 30 mins. Definitely just going to a jiffy lube or a valvoline next time, way faster and efficient.

Oil and filter change was fine. Suggested services for the RAV4 were found to be ridiculous. Battery service for $49.95 would have included brushing off copper sulphate crystals on the top of the battery - see photo. This I did when I got home in 5 minutes. The coolant leak with flush at $514.95 was the most egregious - see photo. The clamp on the little top hose was obviously loose and leaking some radiator fluid. I cut off 1/2” of ur hose and reinstalled the clamp. Time for repair was 10 minutes. Fluid was clear and did not need to flushed. I agree that rear brake pads at $329.95 do need to be replaced. Midas estimate is $250 max. No need for brake fluid exchange at $199.95. So the customer with no auto repair knowledge would have been soaked for those unneeded repairs. I know car repair and am really disappointed that service tried to sell me a bill of goods. I bought my two Toyotas at this Molle location. I doubt I will ever return for additional service.

When I arrived for oil change everything seemed to be handled professionally. I requested for no tire rotation bc I get it done elsewhere. This was my first time at this location. I waited for my car to be done. Was told it would take an hour. Actually took hour and a half. But they finally got me checked out and I paid. Advisor applied a 20% coupon to my service, which was nice. They printed out a colored invoice and inspection sheet. I went on my merry way. Got home and looked at my report in more detail. The battery was not checked. I called and asked about why it wasn't checked and if it wasn't part of multi point inspection. The person said yes, it's supposed to be. Then noted my sheet and went on to say, "Well, it's fine. It was installed 2 years ago. I'm sure it's fine." But, as a woman, it is what I paid for and why I go to dealership to get multi point inspection. He said, "Oh, we'd be happy to check it for you. Just come back. It won't take long at all." Like, I have time for that? So I asked to have the service advisor call me. Haven't been called yet, a week later.
