The man working the front Dylan was doing the Lords work!! Not only was he able to squeeze me in an already tight schedule he help no less then 20 people in store and on the phone! He even help one customer save over 1000 dollars because her car was misdiagnosed by AAA. The only problem I had was that it is not in my home town so I can go back when I need to buy new tiers!

In the past a hard copy of my bill and tested information was printed out. No longer the case. I had to phone the store to get info I used to get printed out. Also, the number of chairs in the waiting area were not sufficient. I had to wait in my car until a chair became available. But I love this store and have been coming to it for years.

Dylan was great to work with! After spending 2 hours after my appointment at another location waiting for my tire to get patched, they sent me to this location and told me I’d need a new tire. After getting to this location, they checked out my tire and discovered it could be fixed and didn’t have to be replaced. Less than an hour and they got me back on the road!

They both took the time to explain to me what the issue had been and how they’re able to solve it. I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes and all my problems solved. I've had a few services done here, and the staff is always friendly, polite, and professional. I trust the work done on my vehicle, and I appreciate that they are clear in what is recommended versus what is required for my vehicle. They are never pushy about adding on services; they clearly provide what they are recommending and let me make an informed decision. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, and they work quickly and efficiently, so I'm never waiting longer than anticipated.

If you get tires here you'll probably die. I paid $1,800 for four new tires plus alignment/mounting. Next day the back passenger tire falls off. Yeah you heard me. The tire fell off while my sweet 17 year daughter was driving. This caused my vehicle to crash into a house and my car to be totaled. You ever see a tire just come off the rim???? If you get tires here you will most likely die. Firestone Claims this isn't their fault and is refusing to pay. Do not trust them to do the right thing!!!!! Also, I forgot to mention how terrible the customer service is here. Expensive, incompetent, and rude. You would only shop here if you were looking to have a bad experience. Not sure how much money Firestone paid google to hide my review. But it keep "disappearing"

Failed to rotate my tires correctly on first visit after 1:45 for an alignment and tire rotation. I was told the appointment would take an hour when I booked it. I was the first appointment of the day. They took lots of time to document and upsell additional work instead of focusing on getting the actual work done. Likely a commission incentive for the technicians or service manager. I discovered work not done correctly when I got home and called and scheduled appointment to get work corrected for the next day after I was told my work could not be refunded without my returning to the service center. After spending an additional hour of my time and gas to return to the store, they recognized that I was the guy with the work done incorrectly the day before. I showed up early for my appointment time for them to "quickly correct" the error and they left me to wait another half hour with no work on the car. They simply needed to move two tires from one wheel to another. I had to ask for money back. They likely caused damage to my vehicles transmission by not rotating tires correctly on my AWD and I had to get their error fixed with additional time and money. They did refund my money for the incorrect work. Keeping promises, timely appointments, and correcting errors is not important to this crew.

Jeremy did an outstanding job! He hunted down hard-to-find tires and kept me apprised along the way. Better than that, he found substitutes for the extortionately priced OEM tires for my “luxury” car. The dealership would have gouged me. This is the second time I’ve gotten tires at this Firestone location, and I won’t go anywhere else. You simply cannot find better service anywhere.

I was extremely impressed by the service, professionalism, and kindness of the staff at this location. I called ahead to verify that I could bring in my sister-in-law's car to get the oil changed and to have a weird noise diagnosed. I was told that I could get squeezed in, but it might take the day. Well I not only got squeezed in, but the car was already in the bay before I had left the facility! I got a phone call quicker than I expected to explain everything and I felt no pressure whatsoever to get anything fixed, although they did explain the gravity of the issues - which ones were more of a priority than others, and what was causing the noise. We will absolutely be back!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Go see these guys anytime you need work done 😊 I had a flat tire and needed some assistance when I couldn't install the spare myself. I walked over and asked for some help. They were happy to help and didn't try to sell me anything until I asked. They found exactly what I was looking for. They worked with me to get my vehicle drivable on my budget, and were so kind and friendly along the way. I could not be more grateful, Dylan was incredible and I am so happy to have my car back. I will come back here for all my repairs and inspections.
