I was a little short on hours, they jumped right on the truck, to repair an inside dual. They showed me that it was not repairable so they hustled and put two new tires on the drive axle and got me rolling with time to spare to get home. Very nice people.

I don’t recomand them. They scammed me. I had a flat trailer tire . Went there and they told me that I must wait at the driver lobby area. After 10 minutes they came to me and told me that the tire can’t be patched. I said Ok, i bought a tire from them and when I asked them to show me where was the damage at my tire they said that they allready took it to the disposal… So stay away from this place

Been here twice, once for balancing steer tires and once for three axle alignment. Both times I called ahead and they got me in and out. Clean shop and friendly people. Not a very big lot but you can turn in with a trailer.

TAKE PICTURES!!!!! take pictures of your tires because you might end up with different spares. I know what I had on my truck when I left it. Was planning on using the old ones for spares. Picked up my truck after dropping it off in the AM. The tires that were left in the back of the truck were not mine. 1st and last time I come here. Another thing, one of their employees has worked in 3 different tire places in less than 1 1/2 years. That should tell you something.

Had one of my dual tires lose pressure as I was passing though KC. These guys had me in and out quickly, made it home in time to see the family. Charged less than I had anticipated, which was icing on the cake. Hope I don’t have this issue again, but if I do and I’m in the area these guys will be my go-to.

Wayyyyy too overpriced. Charged me $650 for a brand new hankook drive tire mounted. 10/10 would not recommend and definitely won’t be a a returning customer.

Called up to price a tire because I took my semi to another place and they patched it and a day later it was flat. Ran by there and the guy that greeted me said hey, I think we can patch that and save you a ton of cash. I explained that someone else had tried and he assured me that he was confident they could get it patched. They did, and it was way cheaper. Today, it's holding air and I'm up and running. They earned my business for life. Good seeing places still care about their customers instead of their bottom dollar. I'll be buying tires from them from now on.

I have to just give them a 3 star. Bought my tires in Oklahoma that came with free rotation and balance for the life of the tires. At any T&W location any state. Moved to Kasas City area couple of years ago and they had to call Oklahoma City office and they told per Kelly Manager or Ralph Morris at the time to honor the deal this was in 2021 and this wasn't my only vehicle at the time so i put very few miles on this vehicle. So went back up there today January 2025 to get tires rotated again with around 7000 miles. Guy behind the desk with attigtude said T&W never has had this deal. Thankfully i kept all paper work to prove not only this was the deal with T&W when i bought the tires but had the Invoice's where i had had it done at this location with all dates and approvals but also who approved it, which now is not at this location but now is in upper management with T&W .Once they seen his name on the invoice per Kelly they had no hesitation of providing the service free of charge. T&W needs to give the staff at this location and manager Manual Deleon some better updates about customers that have these extended services that was part of the deal with the New tire purchase. Free of charge when the customer has it on several invoices from the orginal invoice of tires bought new to several invoices including 1 from this location where I had the tires Rotated and Balanced 0 Charge. Didn't drive 20 plus miles one way to this location because i thought their would be a charge. Plenty of tire stores with in 5 miles of my location. Also had called the store before arriving to let lady know that answered the phone that i had all paper work.Frustrated customer that has done buissiness over many years with T&W. In Texas,Oklahoma,and Missouri Many tires bought for company vehicles too. Many one star reviews no wonder at this location. Never had this experience in Oklahoma or Texas. I will say the guy that actually did the work was very pleasant and did a good job. But this Missouri KC Location needs better customer service.

From my experience they can never seem to give me a verbal quote that reflects the invoice price. It's like bait & switch, say a lower price to get you to commit, then the invoice is always higher after the work is done.

I had an alignment done and the Tech did an excellent job. Found the issue that was causing my steer tires to go bad. Had the problem fixed and then came back and had new steer tires put on. The truck drives as good as a brand new truck. I also gained 1.5 gallons per mile average since having all the work done. I would definitely recommend having tires or an alignment done here on your Semi!! Thanks to the team at T&W

Fast service and professional. Needed Michelin steer tires my truck. I called several places. Nobody had the tires in the stock. They got me in the next morning or an alignment. Jay did my alignment and went above and beyond. He's very knowledgeable. Listens closely to all of my concerns. We replaced all of my valve caps with quick release caps, which is awesome. So when I go check my air pressure I don't have to take the whole cap off. He even checked the the issues on my trailer and gave me advice. Also advised what PSI pressure to have my tires at in order to get the most life out of my tires. Thank you Jay!
