Don't go to this guy. Went to him to get my power steering diagnosed. Jet said it was fine and all it needed was some power steering fluid and that he tightened a clamp on the bottom. A day later my car is leaking that same fluid everywhere all over my driveway and my car can't turn at all now. Idk if this is this guys scam to get money out of ppl but I know my car is worse now and it turns out I needed a new power steering pump from an honest mechanic.

Jets has done some great work on my car over the years and other people I know. My radiator, brakes, rotors. Only they wouldn't do an oil change. Said they didn't have the right tools? If another part needs fixed, I'd go back. I trust their work.

Im doing this review for a friend that does not know to do it. She took her vehicle to Jets last week and was told first come first serve and to come back Tuesday. She decided to wait until today (Wednesday). She got there at 6 am first in line. A man pulled up behind her and when Terry the owner arrived he went directly to that man behind her. Then Terry told her there were 3 cars in front of her. 2 being in the garage from the day before which was understandable. And said a lady was having her car towed there and would be in front of her. So she would be 4th in line. And if he didn’t get to it he couldn’t guarantee her car would be in the garage overnight. She had her car towed there one time before and it she didn’t get to jump the line. Took her business elsewhere both times. She said she will not return to jets for any work anymore. Found a new mechanic took her car right in and completed the work in 45 minutes. That mechanic gets 5 stars! Jets wouldn’t get any if it were a choice. Bye bye!

He is a little pricey, and he wants you to leave your car there no matter how quick the repair will take for him, he still wants you to just leave your car there. One time I took it there he actually gave me a ride home, but I think that was a one-time thing to try to hook and keep a new customer, it didn't happen the time after that; but I just don't like leaving my car anywhere. Maybe it's just me/a personal thing, but I've known a lot of mechanics in my day and I've heard a few things about what mechanics do when you leave your card at their shop; and I don't want my car to be used to run some errands.

5 Stars! I recently had a flat tire and they were the most welcoming and accommodating. One of the gentlemen cut his arm a bit getting my spare tire out of my trunk and I felt so bad. He reassured me multiple times that he was alright. Great old school service!

Happened to be experiencing car trouble on Truman road. Jets was a couple blocks away. I had noticed the sign, pulled in. There was a gentleman sitting inside of the office area and another gentleman standing outside the building. He greeted me professionally and asked me if there's anything he could do. He listened to what I was saying about my car was doing and he said it could be a couple of things,he took the time to examine it looked at a couple other things that possibly could be. He diagnosed it, gave me a few totals as cost and I asked him would it be possible for me to go get the part and bring it to him and he said he would be closing soon but he would be more than happy to stay for a little bit if I could hurry I did so within 15 minutes of my return he had my car fixed and ready to go offered him the gratuity for his punctuality for his job well done and for his professionalism and he said no that's what he did I cannot tell you how important that is to me and how I will not recommend any other auto mechanic
