After my last experience at Baron BMW, I was just going to forgo the rest of my service contract with them and try Hendrick BMW even though it was significantly further. My experience with Jason Danley and the significant difference in their inspection videos and process is exactly why I will continue bringing my car to Hendrick BMW. They take considerable time and provide explanation for everything. The time it takes to complete services is always done within the timeframe they tell you it will. Jason and the tech were so polite and treated me and my car with respect and care. I would never take my BMW back or anywhere else! Thank you for restoring my faith in BMW service centers!

I recently took my BMW for routine service and a brake recall. I asked for a loaner vehicle as this service would not be a same day appointment. I arrived at 11:30 and John Strode, my service advisor, had my paperwork waiting for me as well as my loaner! I was out of there and back to my business within 15 minutes. It doesn’t get any more seamless than that! No hassle, no waiting, and good old fashioned kindness. I love walking in knowing John is there to take care of all my service needs! He is the best!

The dealership was great! . I took my vehicle in for servicing. My consultant, John,, was simply amazing. Very professional, courteous, kind and treated me respectfully and review my vehicle’s history to make sure my vehicle would not only be fixed but to ensure that no foreseeable problems would occur. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe him. Additionally,, despite being a dealership, I felt as if I was home as the entire staff made me feel welcomed and at home. Everyone was so kind, attentive and pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a fantastic experience at Hendricks. I’ll definitely return for any future issues with my vehicle and if I buy a new vehicle, I won’t look any further than Hendricks!

I wanted to take a few minutes to write about my experience with Dana Ismail at BMW of Kansas City South. Bottom line up front: she was fantastic to work with. Not only was she knowledgeable about the product, she was also patient and hard working in trying to find the right unit for me. While my target shifted a little bit from the start, she stayed with me and what I was looking for. As my wants were very specific, in particular wanting a 2023 M340i with the Adaptive M Suspension, relatively low miles, and in a good color/interior combination, there weren’t many options. But she persevered and maintained consistent communication and providing updates on her search. Unfortunately, no inventory appeared that matched my criteria through BMW of South Kansas City or its network. I was able to find one out of network and pulled the trigger. This is no fault of Dana’s, and in fact simply reinforces how hard she worked to find the right unit for me. Over several weeks, she searched, sent me options, and checked in. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and dedication. Given that my experience was so good with Dana, I have chosen to have my BMW serviced at BMW of Kansas City South rather than Baron (which is closer to my home). If the rest of that dealership is as good as she is, I know my car will be in good hands. Dana – thank you for all your help. I wish we could’ve found a unit together, but when this one appeared, I had to jump on it: Adaptive M Suspension, Driving Assistance Professional Package, Premium Package, Parking Assistant Pro, Harman/Kardon, Extended Shadowline … etc. A 2023 unicorn spec that I couldn’t pass up on. When my car is due for service, I’ll stop by to see you. Thanks, again, Dana.

We purchased a 2025 X5 Certified. The purchase was smooth and everything seemed ok. The vehicle was delivery to our house and the first day it was driven we noticed the smell of oil. Thought it was nothing but smelt it the next day and also noticed an oil stain in our garage. Called another dealer closer to our home and scheduled an appointment. To our surprise, oil leak was from the rear differential and they also stated our pads, rotors and sensor needed to be replaced. We showed them the reconditioning report from BMW of KC and they said there is no way that is accurate. We've had to car approximately one month and have driven less than 100 miles. Update: Service Manager Kyle reached out to my husband and I, gathered more information from my local BMW dealer and connected with them. Service Manager was transparent in his findings and worked with the other BMW dealership to quickly get the repairs completed at no cost to me. BMW of KC was professional and worked quickly to get this resolved and I greatly appreciate their attention and swiftness. They have renewed my confidence in this dealership and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

We've been working with BMW of Kansas City South on a few items over the past few weeks. First, the mobile service team was wonderful to work with. Both Paullie and Bryan were professional and incredibly helpful. Next, we had some unfortunate damage occur with the vehicle. Jason in the service department was responsive and direct, which was much appreciated given the extent of required repairs. Once we realized the repairs were not the route to go, we worked with Kaitlyn Huey to facilitate the trade in and go home with a new vehicle. She was easy to work with and provided a valued stress-free experience. Furthermore, Kaitlyn and Matt in the finance department were extremely accommodating with a small window of time on our end to complete the sale. Overall, the service provided by this location was excellent.

A Truly Exceptional Car‑Buying Experience. From start to finish, our experience at the dealership was outstanding. HENDRICK BMW of Kansas City South is the only place to buy a BMW from (in greater KC metro area/Johnson County KS) if you are serious about great service, excellent communication, wonderful people, top notch leadership, and integrity. My husband and I have owned BMW (purchased from other local dealers), Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, and others. We have purchased from almost all the local luxury dealerships on the KS side, and a couple on the MO side. NONE come close to the exemplary care and consistency we have found at HENDRICK BMW. We have also purchased from other Hendrick dealerships (other than BMW) and found seamless A+ service at all dealers within the Hendrick brand. I/we cannot say the same for other luxury dealers (outside of the Hendrick franchise). Hendrick truly has a customer first integrity based culture. As for the HENDRICK BMW KC store, there are gems there! In service, Jerry Cheng! In sales, Liam Walsh. In management: ALL. The ONLY draw back or slight complaint I have is that they should stop using strong fragrance on the sales floor. For some, it’s an irritant and dissuades looking at new inventory. However, I conveyed this to management and they are SO kind they even turn it off in advance of our family visits. So, my one compliant, they have attempted a remedy. FYI- almost all luxury dealers are doing this- adding strong fragrance to the dealership sales area. So, the scent is sadly a new industry standard. If you are sensitive to scents, wear a mask or ask them to turn it off. Otherwise, this is a WONDERFUL dealership filled with wonderful people who go out of their way to make car buying AND car servicing a delightful experience.

He was honest, straightforward, accommodating, responsive, and did not, in any way, try to pressure me into making any decisions. I want to take a moment to share my experience at BMW of Kansas City S. Our service advisor was Randy Meidinger. We took our 2021BM M8 comp in for service. After finding some issues (upper oil pan gasket, tansmission case leak and seal and possible timing case gasket) with the car we were staring at a $38,000 plus repair bill. We purchased the car used and got the Platinum Extended warranty (thank goodness). Randy reassured us that he would work diligently with the warranty company to have the car serviced and fixed in a timely manner. We were slightly terrified that the warranty company would not honor any of the repairs and we would be left with a massive financial problem..... that was not the case. Kudos to not only Randy for having the car diagnosed properly and working with the warranty company to getting all the parts and labor charges resolved. The warranty covered everything that was not maintenance and we had the car back within 5 business days. Very Very happy with how this turned out. You can get online and read about all the people that get screwed over by their warranty companies. I am very impressed with the warranty that we were sold, the warranty company standing behind their product and the dealership handling everything in a professional manner.

My girlfriend recently purchased a 2025 BMW X5 50e, and we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We were greeted and assisted by our sales representative, Anthony, whom I highly recommend. He was friendly, transparent, honest, and attentive throughout the entire process. As someone who works in the automotive industry myself, I can confidently say that Anthony and his Sales Manager, Kyle, are the complete opposite of the typical “sleezy salesman” stereotype. They were engaged, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us. Kyle personally came out to work with us and made sure we found a vehicle with the exact features we needed while staying within our budget. The X5 we wanted was actually out on loaner from the service department, but they worked diligently to get it back to the dealership for us. We were able to agree on a great selling price, and they gave us an extremely fair trade-in offer on our 2023 Audi SQ5. When we noticed a small crack in the X5’s windshield, they agreed to replace it without hesitation. They also filled up the vehicle after purchase (even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon) and provided a full detail before delivery. While Anthony did a fantastic job, Kyle truly stood out to me. I’ve rarely met someone in this industry who mirrors my own mindset when it comes to genuinely wanting to help people. That level of care and professionalism is hard to find. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

I shopped for a new luxury SUV at many different dealerships, but as soon as I walked through the doors at Hendrick, I knew I had found my next car. Our salesman, Demise, was friendly and knowledgeable, but most of all he was authentic. He quickly found the exact vehicle I was looking for, even though I was not yet sure what I wanted. It was like he read my mind! The entire team at Hendrick was professional and never pushy. We had a very good experience with every employee there. My husband purchased a BMW from Hendrick in the spring and he has been very pleased with his experience as well. I’m updating my review to reflect the full experience with BMW of Kansas City South. The process started with some significant frustration. We later discovered the vehicle we purchased as Certified Pre-Owned had an expired certification at the time of sale, which resulted in delays, registration stress, and multiple follow-ups on our end. Communication could have been more consistent during that period. To their credit, once everything was escalated, the dealership worked to correct the issue. They covered the transportation costs related to the certification process and completed the re-certification properly. When I brought the car back in, the drop-off experience was smooth — the loaner was ready and the staff was welcoming. Justin, the Sales Manager, was professional and responsive. He handled the situation respectfully and made efforts to ensure the certification was finalized. Pickup could have been a bit more organized, and a few small details (like vehicle presentation) were overlooked. At a premium brand level, those finishing touches matter. Overall, while the experience had bumps, the dealership ultimately made it right, and I appreciate the effort to resolve the situation.
