He came out after 5 o'clock. Diagnose the car's problem and had it fixed within 2 hours. And the price that he charged is extremely reasonable and I will definitely use it again. He is just incredible. If you need someone to work on your car regardless what it is. This man can take care of you I was extremely happy with him the first time that they came out but I have called them twice since then and I get no phone call no replies no nothing I don't even know if these guys are still in business he finally got back to me and he's had several deaths in his family and has not been available for work because he's been out of town so that explains why I wasn't getting a call back I've changed him back to five stars he called he's a super nice guy and is really good at Diagnostics and getting things taken care of. I've now had a work on five of my automobiles he's an incredible mechanic incredible diagnostic technician generally can resolve an issue in a short amount of time and can at least diagnose it within 15 to 30 minutes

I paid this young man he was very polite and nice to do a job there is a bolt head that was broken off ,had I not had my truck towed to a different location because I still cannot drive it after it was supposedly repaired “”weeks ago “”it is not .I tried contacting to try to resolve the situation voicemail is always full and there’s no answer I try to understand the situation that is going on that had happened WEEKS AFTER my repair Because he said he would come back and did not !! And when he did come a month later unexpected drop in at 6:30AM in the morning my condolence to your family. I don’t like paying somebody to do something and then still have to pay somebody else to do it, He said that the bolt is not going to make a difference if I leave it like that when he stopped by unexpectedly at 6:30 in the morning I don’t like half doing a job so at this point I’m done with the situation I will find somebody who can honestly do the repair with no shortcuts thank you Mr. Sean I honestly hope you the best there’s no need for you to return to the property again unexpectedly!!! I will find someone else who can do it in a timely matter who is more professional !! Have a Great Blessed day and Thank you!

Sean is a GODSEND! I was panicking because of an emergency issue with my car and he was to me taking care of it within minutes! He quickly put me at ease in a terrible situation. Cannot recommend this guy enough man. My car started stuttering and blinking the check engine light due to a blown coil and valve gasket cover. If you were to take this issue to the dealership, you’d be looking at THOUSANDS of dollars to fix it. Sean fixed it perfectly for a fraction of that and in a super timely manner. If your car has issues, I highly recommend him. He will get it done right!

I can’t say enough good things about In the Hood Mobile Mechanic!!! Sean came out today to fix my ignition and was incredibly professional and kind!!! As he pulled into the driveway, he noticed a wallet on the ground and asked if it was ours — and sure enough, it was mine!!😅 Not only did he get my car running again in a timely manner for a very reasonable price, but he went out of his way to return something valuable. Truly honest, hardworking, and respectful — I’m beyond grateful for his help!!!

I had a major issue with my vehicle that needed to be eradicated before the following day and Sean came to our rescue even with implement weather. Sean saved me a ton of money today with the simplest of diagnostic! My tire had stopped spinning which caused it to eventually pop. I was debating on going to a mechanic but I knew it would be expensive to get it towed there and fixed. Sean changed my tire on the spot and gave me an amazing price! I own a pet transporting company That is based out of Connecticut, We were dropping off in Overland Park Kansas and still had six other dogs on board with my partner and I. When we stopped at O’Reillys, they had told us that our cam shaft sensor needed replaced. he recommended that we call a mobile mechanic. Google popped up this company. Yes, mistake of the entire trip! A total waste of time and scam all the way around! After saying he was waiting on a worker and would send them right over, waiting an hour before reaching out to the company again, We were told that his worker was 10 minutes away, to wait another half hour. On a job that should’ve taken an hour (give or take) based on Google search, and other mechanics. . Took him over three hours. Between stripping a screw and claiming to his boss that it was like that, filing the screw, bringing his own Personal Torch to get the screw up that ended up breaking, to losing two screws somewhere within Vicinity, Personal phone calls, blowing up his phone, The owner or his worker claimed he was almost done another 20 minutes, And telling him to charge more for extra time. To try to get it, put back together, where he showed us a cord that had an adapter to be plugged in telling us he didn’t know where it went. Another night, and finding it on the top of his tool kit when we were picking up. I would not recommend this company to fix a power wheels car With a 12 V battery! Charge $250 because you sent somebody incompetent. And then to call 15 minutes later before we even made it onto the road claiming we didn’t send Him the money, when his worker is the one who put in the guy information on our Cash App. To find out all he had to do was accept it through Cash app. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a mobile mechanic. So now my partner and I, along with six dogs on board are gonna have to actually get it into a professional. This guy can’t even provide That the guy he sent is even a mechanic. When he asked us how the vehicle was, we in return told him about our experience with his worker, and his only response is “ Sorry, my guy was too slow for you”!!! If your asking for advice here steer clear! If I could give zero stars for review, that would be my option. I will be going through the process of getting my money returned, or pressing charges.
