Leased a truck on January 18th. Windshield replaced by this company on January 17th. On January 20th the truck was washed, the 1st amount of water that the windshield had seen. There was a leak that was so bad that it flooded the inside of the truck. They refuse to pay for the repairs stating a warranty does not transfer. The truck is still owned by the leasing company, so I'm not sure where they make the decision to not take responsibility for the poor workmanship they provided. The windshield has a stress crack from top to bottom due to improper installation. I highly recommend going elsewhere for glass replacement. If I could give zero stars, I would!!!

Picked up a rock chip at 1:00; repaired by 2:00. Aysia was great in finding their mobile service in the area and fitting me in quickly. Mike expertly filled the crack and I'm as happy as someone could be after getting a rock chip. I've used them before, and they are always prompt and accommodating.

So, I am not much of a complainer, and generally have patience with most things, but this company is ridiculous. Measurements I gave to them for a replacement piece of glass on my coffee table were 38 1/2" x 15 9/16". They called me when they got it in, I brought it home and it didn't fit. Okay, so I measure the glass to make sure I wasn't wrong on my end. Sure enough the glass measures 38 5/8" x 15 9/16". I brought it down to see if they could shave a little off. Of course, the glass it too small to do this to. I tell them the glass was bigger than what I asked for. They call me back after measuring themselves and say "No, it measures 38 1/2" x 15 9/16" exactly." I couldn't help but say that my measuring tape must be off then and then hang up on them. They wanted me to purchase a new piece of glass because where ever they ordered the glass from didn't cut it correctly. I have pictures of the measuring tape with the glass! On top of that, it fit in width wise... How could I get that right if my measuring tape was off? Anyway, don't waste your time with these guys unless you give them at least an eighth of an inch to play with. On a brighter note, Liza was nice.

Scheduled an appointment and found another place that was able to get the job done the same day, I was getting harassment calls all day saying that they sat around waiting for me even 2-3 hours after the missed appointment! Very unprofessional and I’m glad I went with the other company!!

If your looking for quality auto glass replacement, look elsewhere. Small scratches on the glass, door trim and paint. My lock controls where not clipped in right and disconnected (which they fixed). Still a bunch of glass inside the door that wasn't cleaned out properly. Then I get home and realize the door handle doesn't function from the inside. I'd rather fix it myself. It should have been done right the first time, still wasn't right the second time. I won't be back.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars! I originally had an appointment set up for drop off but when I had to cancel due to my job these guys did not hesitate to come to me the same day. They were very professional, courteous and extremely fast. The thing most people want to hear about is the cost. Let me tell you, you would have to drive across the Mexican border to find a better price. Plus the windshield I got is an upgrade from the original factory windshield. Great job guys. I will for sure recommend you to anybody I come across that is in need of glass repair. Plus it came with a warranty.

After my car was broken into around 2010, Kryger replaced my broken window and tinted all my windows in their downtown shop. They did an excellent job, they were kind and fast, and they even cleaned up the smashed glass better than I could have. I went in panicked & bummed and they sent me home very happy. The tint job was excellent and lasted through the life of that car. When I needed a new windshield on my precious new car 7-8 years later, I recalled how awful my previous windshield replacement experiences had been with other mobile glass chain companies. I decided it wasn't worth the initial convenience and called Kryger Glass instead. To my surprise, Kryger offered to come to me! They asked all the right questions and not only set me up with the right glass for my car, but made sure I also got the top-edge shade design I preferred. Yessss. They rolled to my office building after calling ahead, patiently worked with me to get to them and then to find a good parking spot, and took it from there. They called me what seemed like minutes later to come out to see my perfect new windshield in place, with no other evidence of their work. It took less than an hour, they brought the right glass, they did it right the first time, everything was clean, and they were just as kind and reassuring about my concerns. I honestly won't go anywhere else for any service they can provide.
