I have two parts to this review! The service manager, Jeramie and his service staff were outstanding! They got my vehicle in from another shop that was unable to fix my car properly, and had it running sooner than they stated. 10/10 for service and communication! Second, Charles Carter is one of the BEST sales people I've met in a long time. I decided to trade in my vehicle, and was offered a VERY fair price. Charles listened to my needs, and I didn't feel pressured by him or his team at all. I got a VERY fair price for a used vehicle that fit my needs, and a good rate on the loan. They worked with me to get me into the car I needed, and I left extremely satisfied! The Cable Dahmer group took amazing care of me, and I appreciate every person who I dealt with during the repair and sales process. 10/10 for CDCKC!

They really live up to their name. But instead of eating your heart, they’ll eat up your time and money. To highly recommend someone not coming is a SEVERE understatement. Nothing but bad experiences with this place after the initial purchase. Seven visits within two months is entirely inexcusable

I can't say enough about the phenomenal experience I had at Cable Dahmer Cadillac. After a truly disappointing encounter with a competitor in the area who, before even showing me a vehicle, asked what I could afford, stepping onto the lot at Cable Dahmer was a night-and-day difference. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and their newly remodeled showroom is beautiful. The entire process was focused on finding the right vehicle for me. The sales team—especially Andre, Stephanie, and Chris—was an absolute pleasure to work with. 11/12/2025 update. My wife's 2021 Escalade needed a new alternator and timing belt. Brock took amazing care of us by working with our extended warranty provider to get us the best parts and pricing. I really appreciate the excellent care and service Brock always provides when we take our Escalade in for service. I highly recommend Brock and Cable Dahmer for all your Cadillac service needs. 9/12/2025 update. Took my wife's Escalade in for recall service. As usual. Brock provided excellent service. He is the best service adviser I have worked with. I really enjoy the beautifully remodeled waiting lounge at Cable Dahmer, where I can work while I wait. I also really appreciate the Prayer Request Box to support customers. I highly recommend Cable Dahmer for car purchase and automotive services. Brock went out of his way to assist me with getting new tires for my wife's Cadillac Escalade after we realized we could not find the wheel lock key to replace new tires at another tire shop. Brock ended up providing us with a better deal on new tires along with flexibility in scheduling. Brock is incredibly thoughtful and helpful and provided outstanding service. The worst experience I have ever had with a car and dealership. I have an XT4 that has had non-stop sensor and brake issues since 18k miles and after multiple times going into the service department they dismiss there is a problem. They say they fix the sensor issues and they still exist. The best part is the gaslighting and saying there is no problem. So we are now having to make videos to prove we have a problem and no one fixed it. All our friends who drive in our car make fun of the fact our Cadillac is hooptie. I have been a Cadillac owner for my last 3 vehicles and this is the absolute worst dealership and car experience. They do not care about the fact you work hard to buy their product because it’s suppose to represent quality and superior service.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle! Charles (Chuck) Carter our salesman didn't pressure us and gave us an excellent price for our trade in. Brad Pointer the Sales Manager came in during and after our purchase and asked if there was anything they could do to make our purchase more enjoyable. I would not recommend anyone to get a car from here I put damn near 11,000 dollars down 2 and 3week of me having the car I was experiencing squeaky brakes and grinding noise I return to the dealership.. They clam they put new brakes and rotors on the car in November they stated I needed new ones and I will be responsible for the price… They also told me to just wait and ride them out because they was new brakes and needed to be worked in… A month later the brakes are louder the rotors are grinding worse so I return to the dealership for a second time to experience bad customer service and them trying make me pay for new brakes that I shouldn’t be responsible for I just got the car yall claim it’s new brakes on the car I will have someone els look at my brakes and rotors since it seem they don’t wanna do there job… The manger I talk to was very rude and not helpful at all he insisted I ride the brakes out they would be fine…. Aging I put damn near 11,000 dollars down I shouldn’t be experiencing no issues with this car at all… if it’s a problem with me getting a refund, I will be filing a lawsuit..

The only reason I’m bothering to review this place is as a warning to others. I was scheduled for a MO safety inspection at their sister nearby Chevy dealership where I showed up for an appointment and was told to forget it, their inspector didn’t show up that day. Pretty rude but the nice lady who booked my appointment said that the nearby Cadillac dealer wasn’t very busy and could get my inspection done. I made the mistake of telling them that I’d recently had an expensive part replaced on my exhaust. They failed my van for “exhaust leak” and when I took it to a muffler shop, they couldn’t find a leak. So I called Dahmer Cadillac back and asked the guy who answered I interacted with to ask the guy who failed my vehicle to call me back and tell me where the leak was, but he never did (and my phone was set to even accept unknown numbers, and I have working voicemail). If I could give them zero stars, I would! Now I’m forced to return there for the reinspection. Awful.

I honestly didn’t think it could get any worse than our first experience with a Cable Dahmer dealer we had back in 2020, when we purchased a vehicle from one of their other sites. That experience was so bad, my wife wanted no part with purchasing through any of their dealers and refused to even look at their vehicles, but I thought I would take a chance given our long search had been coming up empty. We found a vehicle we were interested in and set up an appointment with their sales team to go test drive the car. I was contacted several times before heading over with several messages of “Great news, still available”. When I got there I met Sergio, who immediately asked me what kind of vehicles I was interested in, which I thought was strange since I submitted an inquiry and set up an appointment for a specific vehicle. After I told him the vehicle, he then proceeded to ask if I was open to other similar models or same model in different colors. Again, strange given why I was there. He led me back to his office and sat me down, asked a couple questions and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. As this was happening, I was replaying all his questions in my head and wondering why the car wasn’t waiting out front like any other time I had visited a dealer for a specific car with an appointment. Sergio finally came back with a manager and I knew there was an issue. He let me know they had sold the car two days earlier and that he didn’t have time to check to see if it was available because he was “really busy”. When I pushed him on how that wouldn’t have been the 1st step before setting an appointment, he made excuse after excuse about how it wasn’t his fault and that he had lots of meetings and was very busy. I told him how it felt a lot like a bait and switch situation, especially given his initial line of questioning. I don’t know what would be worse, that he truly didn’t know it was sold prior to our meeting or setting the appointment up with the intention to sell a different car (including different models and ones several years older). I was obviously frustrated and was ready to walk out. One of the mangers stepped in and said he would look through their database and try and find something comparable and would let me know in an hour or so if they could find something. Against my better judgment, I said ok and gave my top 3-4 priorities for them to look for. About an hour later, Sergio reached back out with an option and wanted me to come and take a look. I started asking questions about the vehicle and quickly learned it was a completely different trim level, different wheels and none of the options I wanted. I gave him 3-4 must haves and this vehicle once again had 0 of them. Sergio was ready to waste my time for the second time in a deal to try and sell me a vehicle not even close to what I had set up an appointment with him on. I am so glad I asked those questions because he was willing to have me drive all the way back over there to be disappointed. I caution anyone that does business with this dealer, especially with Sergio to get multiple confirmations vehicles are still in stock before you spend any of your time visiting their lot in person. Do better Cable Dahmer, because you have lost these potential customers forever.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the service we recently received at your location regarding our Cadillac XTS. Approximately two weeks ago, we brought the vehicle in for a diagnostic check and repair because it was experiencing a rough ride, including sluggishness and a tugging sensation while driving. We were informed that the issue was related to the suspension system and paid for the recommended repairs. After waiting nearly two weeks, we were notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup. However, upon driving the car after payment, the exact same condition remained. It was later determined that the actual issue was related to the transmission, not the suspension alone. The manager advised us that the vehicle was not test-driven prior to release, which is extremely concerning. A test drive should be a standard part of verifying that a repair has resolved the reported problem—especially after such an extended service period. Although concessions were offered and we were asked to leave the vehicle for additional transmission repairs, this would have required even more downtime after already paying for repairs that did not resolve the issue. This experience has led us to feel that the quality of service and diagnostic accuracy at this location has declined. We expect thorough diagnostics, proper verification of repairs, and transparency—particularly when significant costs and time are involved. We hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
