2024 - 5 Stars Multiple great experiences. Will take my car here again. -- Update July 2025 - 2 Stars I have been taking my car here since moving to the area and have had a great experience until this most recent time. I'm really sad to have to change my review. I took my vehicle in for an oil change last week Tuesday. All the individuals I interacted with (including coming in multiple times in the last three weeks for my sister car) were not James, who I had been working with since 2023. They completed the oil change same day. Took it home and by Friday my car was making a horrible noise, all the lights came on, and it turned off while driving. I was able to get it to a different mechanic on the Kansas side as that was where the car was. That second mechanic said that the oil filter cap was cracked and all my oil was leaking out and to him, it looked like an oil change had not been recently done. I can't tell if this was just a poor job or possibly malicious, but I'm unfortunately on the hunt for a new place to take my car.

I took my son's 1994 Chevy truck to Priced Right Auto Clinic after hearing great things about their honesty and work quality from a friend. My son lives two hours away, and this truck is his only transportation. Due to health issues, he was unable to fix it himself, so I offered to pay for professional help. My son spoke with Andy on the phone, explained that he believed the issue was the flywheel, and Andy agreed that it sounded like the likely problem. We arranged to bring the truck in, but it broke down about a mile away, requiring a $150 tow to the shop. Despite this, we were hopeful that the problem would be fixed soon. However, after diagnosing the truck and confirming it was indeed a bad flywheel, Andy informed my son that he didn't want to fix it. We were charged $120 for the diagnostic fee and had to pay another $150 to tow the truck back to my driveway. Now, months later, the truck is still sitting here, unfixed, and we're out $420 with nothing to show for it. I understand that sometimes a mechanic may decide a job isn't worth taking on, but it would have been much more considerate to tell us that up front, rather than after charging us for the diagnostics and towing. This experience has been disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend Priced Right Auto Clinic based on our encounter.

Took my old truck in for an annual state inspection, just last week, and everything I saw and heard, while there, was impressive. This is a very new family business in our area and I like that already. They have great customer service, greeting everyone as they enter. They are "car guys" who know and like cars but are able and willing to show and explain your vehicle's issues without talking down to anyone. They look you in the eye and listen to what you say. They are fair and reasonable with pricing and completion time estimates. They value their customers. I'll be back and until then I'll be highly recommending them to my own friends beyond this review. This was a happy find especially as a female customer.

Just got my truck back My warning light was on, they tried the easiest solution, which wasn't it. So they went over various possibilities and prices. The most expensive was three grand. Well it turned out be electrical and the price was closer to 500. They are honest and competent. I will be back for sure.

I used to really enjoy their service, but after the last three weeks, I don’t plan on returning. I took my car in to address some concerns. Initially I was instructed to replace the battery which I agreed to. Immediately upon driving it off their lot, the same alert lights and concerns presented as I was driving away. I returned the car a few days later where I was informed of needing a whole new transmission. I agreed to the repairs and was told it would be done within the next 2-5 days. After a week and a half, of calling and asking for updates my car, the repairs were still unfinished. I was told repeatedly that my car would be ready but was not able to picked up due to unforeseen problems. A day after picking my car up, the car malfunctioned and was not able to be driven. I had to have my car towed back to the shop for a third time to complete a repair that the shop was aware could happen. They initially used the old parts with the new transmission which resulted in the shift link not working. It felt like they were experimenting on my vehicle and with my time. It never like they could accurately quote me how much time it would take or even successful diagnosis and fix what was actually wrong. As someone who is an established customer, this feels like huge change in service from previous pleasant experiences. Would not recommend.

It’s hard to find honest business owners these days. Hands down one of the best shops in Kc. I’ve taken my explorer st for an oil leak and a gt500 for a clutch swap. Both were taken in short notice and the owner was able to get them in. Dropping off the 1500 soon. I’m the type for 2nd and 3rd opinions but when it comes to my cars I definitely trust them. Stand up business if I could give more stars I would.
