Pretty on point. I have been going to this loc for about 10 years. Primarily for alignments, tires and minor repairs. I get the life time alignment, totally worth the price. I did get 1 or 2 alignments over the 10 yr period I was not happy with but they made it right when I called them out on it. Have had old classics, new trucks, family mini-van, even a race car at their shop. I keep going back. The boys do right by me!

I called to schedule an alignment appointment. He asked why I wanted to do the alignment. I explained that I had changed the struts and tires. He said that I had to do it on Wednesday and that was when I said that I had purchased the lifetime alignment... From that moment on, everything got more difficult. He asked if I would wait. I said yes, and he said to come by 8am and that it would be ready by noon! In what world does an alignment take 4 hours? If you don't want to do it, just don't do it. But don't be a jerk and tell me that I would have to wait 4 hours for an alignment... It won't take more than 20 minutes if you know how to do it, you lazy incompetent.

The staff was friendly and understanding when I had a financial situation. Although I did have to go back multiple times I don't think I've heard my car run this well in a long time. I do question the reasoning skills during the first visit regarding charging a battery versus just replacing it in order to work on the car since it was still covered under warranty. Still overall great service and I'm glad I was introduced to the Firestone card.

This store is my go to when I need tire service (repairs, replacement etc) as well as oil changes and services for older cars I've had over the years where warranties etc. are no longer a thing. Always very friendly, helpful and the prices more than fair. I recommend them highly

I've had nothing but a great experience with these guys. They do a great job troubleshooting, don't try to upsell you, and are great at giving you a status on your vehicle. I just had a valve cover gasket replaced, they took no time in troubleshooting the issue, and gave me updates every step of the way as they sourced the part. The price was right on point with what I expected to pay. I will definitely continue be take my vehicles to them.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, management changes but the service doesn't. Doug and Devin and techs took care of my vibration issue on my Toyota 4Runner with large 33" tires. Now riding very smooth on the freeway after rebalancing.

The gross incompetence of the individuals who work at this place should be studied. I took my brand new car to have a tire repaired on a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Dropped the car off at 8am, called at 4pm to see if it’s ready — they said it was. I proceed to wait for 2 hours for my car to be finished which made me late to pick up my 3 year old daughter from daycare. I go to swap out a spare tire today, the key to my lug nuts is gone - they are the only people who have touched my hardware. I call and they gave me the “tough luck” answer. As a big box shop carrying one of the most prolific names in the tire industry - get it together.

I recently took my car to Firestone for a new tires, new brakes, and an alignment. My experience was wonderful, but what made it truly special was Jay. Jay greeted me (and every customer) with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. He was friendly, polite, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. You can just tell he loves what he does and truly wants to help people feel safe and confident in their cars. Firestone doesn’t just have a great employee in Jay — they have someone who makes a real difference.

I recently took my truck to this Firestone near Martin City for the MO safety inspection. I also had them replace a light bulb in the 3rd break light. A few days later I realized the cover was missing. I really don't know the condition of the cover, but wouldn't be surprised if it was already somewhat broken or in bad shape before they ever touched it. I do know that I had it siliconed to keep water out. So I called them up to see if they knew anything about it or if they might have forgot to put it back on. They didn't know anything about it, but without question they went ahead and ordered a new third light assembly. I stopped by a short time later to have them install it. My reason for posting this review is because of the way they took care of me without challenging the circumstances.

If I could leave a review lower than 1 star, I would. These people are theives and crooks, and should be shut down. We brought my wife's car in with a nail in the driver's side rear tire. They charged her $240 for 2 tires, and rotated the one with the nail in it to the driver's side front! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and a lawyer. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS!

The sales manager quickly and thoroughly presented the choices, highlighted differences in the top two, and did no pressure whatsoever after presenting the information. After installation, the manager explained how to claim the ongoing benefits of periodic rotations and alignments. There were several discounts making the price very reasonable for excellent quality tires.

Staff here took care of me for a semi-difficult wheel alignment after a self installed replacement rack and pinion. This was part of the Firestone Lifetime Alignment. At first I thought they might turn me away, but they got the job done well. Thank you very much, would recommend!
