This company used to be a good company, but I took my car in there and asked for oil change in a tuneup and now my car come out sounding worse than what it was when I took it there. They told me that I needed all of this stuff that was gonna cost me 3800 but I kept telling them all I wanted was an oil change and a tuneup. They kept taking my car apart and when they put it back together, they rushed to put it back together and they came out sounded like the engine is about to fall out of it. I’m filing a lawsuit. I’m found a police report and They gonna have to get my car back the way it was when I brought it in there. this became the most horrible company that I didn’t deal with and I’ve been dealing with them for a while now Cody‘s been good to me but lately him and Glenn I think there’s been trying to get money because they just been tearing up peoples cars because I brought my coroner, and it was barely anything wrong with it because I’ve been getting it checked out by Dodge. The people who built the car, but when I took it into their shop now they say all of the stuff is wrong with it broke it all the way down to the Crankshaft to the what is it called nozzle arms, core arms, and just told me I needed all of this stuff they didn’t put it back together now they just about to just totally fall apart, so I’m gonna go file a police report because they did not do the job that I asked him to do They just only want the money not the best of keeping my car together.

Cody is my hero! After dashboard bells & whistles informed me to "service transmission immediately" I babied my Ford to Howard Automotive, arriving there about 4:15pm. He immediately made me feel very comfortable. To my amazement, he drove me home! Next day, he went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem. He found that it was an ongoing problem with this model and that it might still be under extended warranty so, with my permission, had it towed to a dealer near my house. He could have done all sorts of work that wouldn't have fixed it & I wouldn't have known the difference. His honesty, great work ethic & courtesy were outstanding. He's now my mechanic for life...his or mine! Such gems aren't just laying around!

Once again, I had a great experience with Howard Automotive. Yesterday, my car would not start after fueling. I called Cody to ask if he could recommend a tow operator. He immediately contacted the tow and they arrived in 15 minutes. The operator jump started the car so I could drive to the shop. Cody ran all diagnostics and determined that all was fine other than the battery. The response and repair time were excellent and pricing very fair. This is my 3rd experience with Cody and his crew. I have had nothing but great results. I will not hesitate to return.
