Crash Champions KC MO Location was incredible! They have the process extremely streamlined. Communicate often through text keeping you up to date along the way. Worked with Enterprise Car Rental to pick up and return our rental for us. I had initially called the wrong Enterprise location and CC even gave me a ride to pick up my initial rental. The front desk is impeccable. So kind and accommodating. She was a breath of fresh air. The car looks as good as new!

The staff there is super friendly! The whole experience was pretty seamless. There were only a couple of issue that occurred, but they were quick to fix it. I believe if any other issues arise in the future that they would do their best to help. Overall, they took great care of Lily (my car) and I was happy to have her back like new! From start to finish, they did a great job. The truck looks like new. Great communication except the computer-generated message sometimes conflicts with the service employee. This was explained initially but it would be nice if they could synchronize. The employees in the office were more than courteous and the appraisal and explanation were very thorough.

This shop did the repair on my Mazda 3 earlier this summer. When I picked up the car, the top corners of the display screen on the dash had been damaged. Their staff took a picture of the dash when I dropped off the car. In that picture, it is clear that there was no damage to the display screen when I dropped off the car. So it was clearly damaged while the car was in their care. The two attached images are from the day it was dropped off and the day I picked up the car. I asked them to fix the screen since it was caused by their staff but they refused. I expected them to take responsibility and do the right thing. Now I'm stuck with a damaged display screen with no recourse to get the shop to repair it. This business has no integrity and should be ashamed of the way they handled this situation.

I waited past the estimated time for the repair review to be sent to my phone but I never recieved it so im gonna leave my review here. The people here are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond, I had a few repairs, scratches and dents that needed fixed after a collision and the got it done faster than the estimated time. They kept me informed how the repairs were going every step of the way but also had it realigned and ready to go when i arrived to pick it up. Rachel Todd and the gentlemen at the counter who helped me when I picked it up (im kicking myself for not remembering his name but he drove the black toyota) were fantastic and deserve a raise for their customer service alone. I've already bragged to several people how well everything was there and plan on looking at getting more repairs done there in the future if ever needed.
