Jarod, Rob and Cory were very helpful assisting us with the selection of a new car and making the process from start to finish very stress free. They provided a lot of information that allowed us to make a very informed decision for us on buying a car that would fit our needs. There was no pressure from Jarod on pushing us to buy a car just to sell one. Comparing this process from our last experience with the Nissan Dealership was like night and day! Communication was great, felt loyalty and trust in what they communicated to us was going to happen. Jarod was very professional but in a laid back way that made the entire process stress free and created no anxiety while going through these steps. Cory was very helpful in allowing us to get to a point where buying this car would work for us. Rob was so informative and helpful in making the finance transaction so easy. He was professional but down to earth and a person who's ways were indicative of him being a team player along with those who were also involved in this process. Would I buy a car from this dealership again, absolutely! We have also shared how pleasant our experience was with friends who might be looking for a car. Omaha did not have a used Jeep with the right options & price so looked online & Luther Mazda just recently received one , the right color & options. Coach the salesman worked with me on price & did not disappoint when he told me the condition of vehicle & then did a video for me to confirm before I drove down. Terrible experience. I live about an hour away and came to this location due to their available appointment times. On my first visit, Greg was trying to upsell me. He told me that during oil changes that include a multi point inspection, the mechanics only inspect tires and brakes. He wanted me to do a more costly inspection because of this. This was a total lie the mechanics looked at more than just the tires and brakes during the multi-point inspection. The second time I came was to repair 4 recalls on my car. I was told over the phone that this location had all the parts and could get it done within 1 or 2 days. I then dropped my vehicle off and they could only repair one recall. I found this out 4 hours after dropping it off. They stated that I spoke with the call center( I don’t believe this). The number by the way is the same as their service departments. Even if I did speak with the call center why are they able to make appointments when they don't know about the service departments they are scheduling for? Waste of time and money since I also took off work to have these repaired. There needs to be better communication between their departments.

I just purchased a used Honda from this dealership about two weeks ago and had a very good experience, specifically with the salesman DW. I grew up with a dad in the car dealership industry so I never had to worry about buying my own cars, my dad would set it up for me. He passed away two years ago, so this was my first car buying experience despite being in my early 30s. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with DW, especially for my particular situation. He had a fatherly energy that made me feel so comfortable making a big, expensive decision. He never pressured me, answered all of my silly questions, and in fact reassured me multiple times that I wasn’t locked into to anything until I signed with the finance guy. Speaking of the finance guy…the only negative aspect of my experience at this dealership was when I was passed on to the finance department. I can’t remember his name, but he was not very friendly. In fact, he was pretty rude, and made me consider leaving. I walked in to the finance office not 100% sold until I saw my options for monthly payments. When I told him this, he scoffed and told me “by the time people get to me, they usually know if they’re buying the car or not.” Well not me! Luckily I was satisfied with the numbers shown, despite his grumblings. Then when I went to give my down payment, I used a check with my maiden name on it (I recently got married). I followed the instructions found online to make sure it would be accepted by the bank and told him I’d extensively googled that the check would be accepted. He went on to tell me “well Google isn’t the one cashing the check.” And threatened that “with a check this size, if anything goes wrong it’s a felony charge.” What a nice thing to say! Overall, I didn’t let the snarky finance guy change my experience. DW has been awesome, especially with the few times I’ve had to reach back out with questions (titling and registering a car is confusing!). I love my new car and am satisfied with my experience at Luther Mazda of Kansas City 😊

Our 2024 CX-5 Signature was totaled. We really loved all the features and Soul Red Crystal Metallic color. Unfortunately, since it was near the end of model year and 2026's weren't available yet, we couldn't find a new Signature model in that color on any dealer's lot. After searching for several days, I was able to find a 2025 Certified Pre-owned with 6k miles on Luther Mazda's website. After inquiring about the car, I was contacted by Nicolas Gavin from the sales department. I told him we were interested in the car, but we live in Texas which is a long way to go to look at a car. Nicolas went out to the lot and made a video detailing the condition of the entire interior and exterior, which looked like new. After agreeing to the purchase Nicolas did and awesome job to make sure the transaction was quickly and professionally. The dealer even handled transporting the car to our door in central Texas. Overall, our experience with Luther Mazda and their entire team was great, and we were very happy to get the exact car we were looking for!

The sales guy Mike was great!!! I had a trade and they ended up working a fair deal for both parties. After the purchase they offered to put new tires on it as well which is outstanding service! I have taken the car back for the tires and for them to fix an existing oil leak. Waiting for the service department seems to be a little on slow side but hopefully the tires and oil leak are taken care of! I will update after I receive the car back.

The sales person was new in the job. He really didn't know much about Mazda or the vehicle. Still early in his training. They didn’t have the parts, ordered the wrong parts and tires look like anything but new. glue is all over my wheels very sloppy work. I need to find another dealer to take my car to have work done. Mind you I had to reach out to them after a week them having my car with no updates. thousands of dollars spent for shabby work. And to top it off the tires all have low pressure so had to find another shop to add air 2 days later
