Are u tired of dealerships lying 2 u and taking ur $$$? I got feed up yrs ago. DSmith Ford wanted 2 charge me 3000 for work. Brought it here and 500 later rolled out. The car has been running fine since. Here today getting work done. Terry and his crew will treat u right. If something is up n he's not sure, he will let u know. But they usually figure it out. A mechanic that is honest n truthful, is very hard 2 find. (Like panning 4 gold.) THANX EXPRESSWAY.

I’ve been a faithful customer, my vehicle was having a AC problem and he said the part that I needed is going to cost me $200 (paid the amount) come to find out that the part only cost $40, so this man charge me $200 for $40 part, it’s so sad how they take advantage of women and I’m not working at the moment. So please do not take your vehicle to get service here, he left a bad taste in my mouth

I can totally relate to the review that Ashley D. made about this auto shop. I had a bad experience with this shop too. I previously went there because of issues I was having with an overheated car engine. I noticed the hot weather combined with driving my car around for a while would trigger this problem. As a result, once I turned the car off and try turning it back on, it wouldn't start up again until after the engine cooled (which took several hours to cool down). The boss guy, Terry said bring it back to the shop when it does it again in order to be able to find out what's causing the problem... so I did just that. I brought my car back so he could visually see exactly what I was dealing with. I gave him the keys to my car, he wrote down my contact information, after that, I left. I waited several hours for a call back about my car. I wanted to know if they found the problem and what the cost would be to fix it, anything that as a customer I should know. I didn't get that call. After a while, I called up there but the phone just rang... so I decided to go there up but when I did, they were closed & my car was inside their garage. No one bothered to call me to update me about my car, or even discuss prices or what it would cost me in advance or to even say they need to keep it overnight. A professional business would have communicated that to their customers. The next morning when I went up there, I was told they don't know what the problem is but I have to pay $165.00 for the labor. I was so outdone by them. I felt taken advantage of. I was in between jobs and I just wanted to have reliable transportation. Terry, the boss guy claimed my car was kept overnight because his mechanic was still trying to find the problem. For whatever reasons, this place is on the shady side. I'm never going here again. I hope other people see my review.

Terry has great customer service skills. He is a down to earth guy who knows what he is talking about. My girlfriend had an issue with her 06 Torrent and Terry stood behind his guys work.
