Kwik Kar was amazing! I called this morning to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in the same day! I was there for just a little over an hour (talk about kwik😉.) The shop is clean and everyone there is so kind and courteous! I’ll never take my car anywhere else ever again! Thank you guys!

Very dishonest people. Told me my engine was bad had second opinion done and they told me it was fine and just needed oil change. When I confronted them about this they told me "so what we lied " prove it. stay away.

Had to change my opinion about this place. Diagnosis my engine as being bad because oil cooler should have been replace with a motor change, and said there was metal shavings in oil pan. First oil cooler wasn’t bad because car was not burning oil, nor did the oil temperature get above the temperature while running. I never ask them to check the oil pan, all I ask was to tell me where they believe the ticking noise was coming from on the engine. Bottom or top and what they think is causing the noise. If I want there opinion on a motor swap I would definitely ask! Shouldn’t treat people like they don’t know anything about cars, because you’re an expert!

Run do not come here they will rip you off!!!! My 78-year-old mother tried to come here to get an inspection and her tail light was out and they were gonna charge her $400!!! She went to a different place up the street and they only charged her $20. I took my car to get the air-conditioning fixed and they wanted $4000!!! I went to a different place and they only charged me $300! They will try to get as much money as possible, and take advantage of the elderly!!!

I have been a long time customer of Kwik Kar and until recently and I had a lot of trust in them. I took my vehicle in for an oil leak and they gave me a whole list of things that needed to be fixed. I specifically asked them if fixing these issues would take care of the oil leak and they said yes it should. The list of issues they fixed was over $1500. I took the car back because I was still noticing oil leaking on my driveway. They said there was so much oil leaking that it’s going to take a while to burn off. Almost a month later and it was still leaking so I took it back again and they said it was going to be another $1600. I decided to take my car to another shop and they said that Kwik Kar’s diagnosis was correct but I also should replace the timing chain while they were in there fixing the oil leak. So I gave the other shop the go ahead to do the work. While they were doing the job my tensioner pulley fell off and they fixed that as well. The total cost of fixing the oil leak, replacing the timing chain, and replacing the tensioner pulley was $1600. The same price that Kwik Kar quoted for just the oil leaks. They price gouged me and then tried to do it again on something that they said was already fixed. They are crooked and they don’t even do the job they are paid to do. Sad that they have ruined their business practices since mommy and daddy retired. Save yourself some money and stress by going somewhere else! Read this review RANDY!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is forcing my hand . I brought my car up to this place to have my water pump and radiator replaced because I was having oil leaks . They told me it would be over $3K to fix the problem. I paid the money 2 days later my car is leaking AGAIN . So I take the car back up there and they tell me it’ll be a couple hundred dollars to fix .. fast forward a couple months later STILL THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY CAR ! I don’t want to call this place a scam but I’m almost 4 grand deep into this place with the same issues with my car ..
