Always has great parts all the management and staff are great they even set up me a commercial account and they walk me through how to purchase parts I never go anywhere else this is the only place I shop to get all my parts most of their parts come with lifetime and the management and staff always know just what to give you I never had to take anyting back here unlike a few other places great job keep up the good

I ordered a CV Axle online. I paid online and it was so easy. I received a text less than an hour later informing me that the part was ready for pickup. So I went to pick it up from the store. When I walked in, they had it ready by the counter and within a minute had the printed receipt and the part and was on my way. I'm very impressed with the way Auto Zone communicates with their customers.

The few people that I seen at the store were very nice. The store was clean as well. The employees were very helpful I got me some windshield wipers and some fluid they even help me put my windshield wipers on so thank you very much to AutoZone especially Arthur

Car had just died and when I walked into the store Briseida stopped to greet me and was quick to assist me with a battery check. I ended up needing to buy a battery right then and there (unplanned), and she was super kind and professional and accommodating and knowledgeable to explain me my options and assist me with the purchase and installation. This place I find closed prior to hours posted and referenced on Google. I wouldn't attempt making a run 8pm or after because you'll find the open signs turned on and the doors locked. Tail wagging the dog.

It's called false advertisement when you don't tell your customers their rewards points expire every 30 days. It's called false advertisement when you don't tell customers it only counts for transactions over 20 bucks. But then they expire. Now it's called 0 loyalty to your stores.

Sold me the wrong belt for my car two different times. A couple of them need to learn to speak the English language a lot better than they do. You have to repeat yourself several times, it's frustrating. I think this is the reason for the wrong parts.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with THIS STORE, I previously did a lot of business with this establishment, I was treated very rudely and accused of stealing when I have done over $500.00 in business over the last month alone and have the receipts to prove it and they didn't even provide the service that I came for, horrible service I think this employee should be removed, I will never do anymore business with them and would not recommend anyone else to.

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Danielle on a very unfortunate day. I called AutoZone after calling every other nearby auto parts store that all but refused to hear what I needed, but she answered with a smile and an amazing personality and was very very eager to hear me and help me with my problem. The part I needed came in a set but she tried about 6 alternatives to see if I could possibly get away with NOT buying the whole set, and it was freezing cold outside. She didn't even flinch at all the back and forth and in and out, we chatted about all things in the meantime. I ended up having to buy the whole set, but she even opened it up for me once I bought it to make sure it was exactly what I needed. I was having a seriously rough start to the morning but she and her personality got me through it and I'm so grateful to have met her.

I visited store #2069 (Independence Ave location) today, 12/29, and was met with terrific customer service from a Mr. Daniel Black! I purchased a replacement headlight bulb for my Honda Pilot and asked Daniel if he would kindly install it for me. Without hesitation, Daniel was on the job. Now mind you, it's a pretty cold day here in KC being 25 and windy. This was of no concern to him! A short 5 mins later he was done and everything was in working order. I offered to pay him or buy lunch and he refused stating that this was apart of the job. But here's the kicker, it's not apart of his job! So for a man that braved the cold to go out of his way to help me, I ABSOLUTELY had to go out of MY WAY to give him his KUDOS! Daniel Black, thank you for your extraordinary customer service and kindness!
