After finding auto service seven years ago, we will not take our cars anywhere else! We even make sure any new car we buy is able to be serviced by Otto Service. We also bring our cars there before we buy them so they can check them over for us. I cannot recommend Otto service enough! they’ve done countless repairs on our old cars, and kept them running for us reliably. They are always able to get us an appointment in a timely manner and provide incredibly reasonably priced loaner vehicles while our car is in their shop. The front desk is very communicative and clear with the services that need to get done immediately and which ones can wait for the future. We drive about 15 minutes to get to Otto Service, but it is well worth the drive! Quality service and customer care like this is hard to come by these days. I’m so glad we found Otto service years ago! P.s. sometimes as I stay at home mom, I bring my girls in as I’m dropping off the car. They have sweet little toys i. the waiting room and kids’ books. They have always treated me and my girls very respectfully and kindly. I appreciate you guys!

12/2025 Review - We recently purchased used 2010 Lexus GX460 and wanted Otto Service to complete a thorough diagnostic check before leaving on an upcoming road trip. I had already identified a few known issues, but they were able to pinpoint the exact cause, fix the problem, and provided recommendation for a future repair that was not urgent or needed immediate attention. We've had Otto Service repair our other vehicle and I trust and appreciate their honesty. We live North of the river by KCI airport and I wouldn't take my Honda, Toyota, Acura, or Lexus anywhere else. 09/2024 Review - Otto Service got my car right in after having it towed and identified the issue same day. It was NOT a blown head gasket as the Honda dealer in St. Joseph had stated and quoted. They replaced the radiator and fixed the issue along with some other needed maintenance at 1/2 the price quote from the dealer. I'll definitely be bringing my 2006 Honda CRV with 111,000 miles back to Otto's for service in the future.

My family has gone to Otto Service for over a decade. My husband is very knowledgeable about cars and knows first hand that they are a company of their word with integrity. They offer fair prices, fix what is wrong only with your approval, and give reasonable recommendations for further immediate or future maintenance. I also love that they have a loaner vehicle upon availability for you. I have recommended Otto Service to many friends of ours and will continue to do so.

I had them do a high pressure fuel pump replacement, as well as the 100k timing belt service on our 2018 Honda Odyssey. We dropped it off Monday, picked up Wednesday, much much cheaper than the dealer wanted. So far, everything seems excellent, very nice to do business with and will be back in the future for bigger maint items.

Cannot recommend Otto enough! Brought my Acura in with a brake issue multiple shops and a dealership weren’t able to diagnose. Otto was able to diagnose it, and fix it for much less than anything the dealership was proposing. Couldn’t be more thankful!

First of all, don't look at the reviews on Otto Service website! They only let positive reviews post! I took my 2016 Acura TLX in for service on 7/17/25. I had service code 1235, which was oil change, transmission service, coolant service, air and cabin filter replacement. They basically gave me the car back with a massive oil leak. I had to take the car back the next day to have it fixed. I have massive amounts of oil all over my driveway and the worst thing is, after they fixed the leak they didn't even refill my oil. I checked after I got home and it doesn't even register on the dipstick. Now I'm going to have to take my car back yet a 3rd time to have oil added. The quality of work at this place is not good!

Otto service went above and beyond to accommodate getting our vehicle serviced. I went in for an oil change and needed my rear brake pads replaced. I live an hour away and they changed around their schedule to work me in on a day that worked best for me. Not only that, but they were able to get it fixed earlier than expected. We have four young children and had to take one of them to an appointment. So, being able to get the van fixed and head home before evening was a huge blessing to us. Thank you so much!

They spend honest time and through work. I brought in Camry Hybrid and took them 2 days to replaced with 4 year battery warranty. They are experienced with Toyotas also that it takes less time than some other shop to do work. That is hard to find. They are very courteous and professional.
