There's not a Negative rating, but there should be! WE have done business with Mid-State Retreaders for YEARS ! We have sent a lot of large customer to to Kevin over the years! That is all going to change!! Mid-States Retreaders used to be 5 star in my opinion. I'm a firm believer in customer service! 6/20/2022 After numerous calls trying to get this set up. We were told by Kevin that if our truck was on site first thing Monday morning it would be first come first serve. We were at their shop at 6:30 am it was total chaos! Our tires weren't there! Employee's didn't have a clue what was going on. Complete s*&t show! Nothing was organized they moved people in front of us, but when the abusive phone call happened that was the final straw! As a business owner you do not lose your composure and curse out a long time customer over the phone. When you are the person that dropped the ball, own IT! A Bad word gets around a lot faster than a Good word! Mid-States Retreaders used to be an awesome company! Extremely sad to see this taking place! This is not Mr. Wagner sir, this is Mrs. Wagner. I listened to the phone call you and David had, trying to set it up as early as possible. You clearly told him that if he was there before 7:00 am they would get him right in. David had the wheels in the pick-up, Jeremey was in the truck. As I stated in the previous rating, not one person on site knew what was going on. We were buying 14 brand new Truck tires! Our tires weren't even there. You were going to put cheep poor quality tires on my truck, and you know it! Due to your incompetency and rudeness you lost a very sizeable account! You were on speaker. There were witnesses to what you said. Verbal abuse works both ways, just incase you didn't know that. We are not saying that your staff is inadequate at all I'm saying you are! We gave you our business for 12 years Kevin. I wrote you some VERY sizable checks over the years! I do not recall you EVER wrote me a check! So the one who is Fired is YOU! You have a very Bad attitude when it comes to Customer service. Your business partner might want to consider how you deal with your customers? Maybe not? Oh FYI most of the reviews I read are not to recent! Friends don't count.

I had them come out and remove my wheels on a 2012 Newmar Canyon Star Ford F53 26,000# chassis with 22.5" aluminum wheels. When the tech came out I had the bus jacked up and hubcaps removed. When he was removing nuts he would drop them on the wheel clear coat and then when he took one wheel off he dropped it on its face in gravel, made me mad these wheels are very nice and expensive don't treat my stuff like garbage. When he returned next day I had to request he bring a torque wrench so the aluminum wheels could be torqued to 450#, he clearly was not aware of the procedures of torquing wheels or anything else by running them all down gently and using a star pattern etc. Just another case of me hiring a professional to do the job and getting someone who knows nothing about his job or how to care for the things he works on. I'll never use them again, as a matter of fact I should have just purchased the 3/4" impact and torque wrench myself.
