Xavier detailed my white 2023 Cadillac, which was covered with tree sap yesterday, and he did an awesome job, inside and out. My car turned out beautiful and it looked brand new!! The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful from the office to the detailer. Was in for annual inspection of the ceramic coating package. if anyone ever wants their car detailed i’d strongly recommend phoenix. great job for what i thought would be a difficult task (unknown substance on my paint) and now the car looks great and feels smooth. xavier came out and was very professional and friendly. he looked over the car with me and explained what he was going to use, a “clay bar”. he tested it on a small area, determined it would work, and then went to it. a few hours later and my car looked showroom ready. thank you xavier-if i ever want another car detailed i’ll ask for you. billing was easy as well. received a message, tapped a link, and entered my information. very simple. highly recommend!

I’ve had my car detailed by a different company previously and was NOT impressed. I Googled car detailing and of all the companies I saw I was impressed that this company had 37 five star reviews. I read the reviews, checked out the site and read more about the company and decided to do it. I did the $550+ package interior and exterior cleaning all the bells and whistles. I have to say I couldn’t be happier. Xavier was so communicative the whole way through - from scheduling, to confirming the appointment, to the day of the appointment. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. He is mobile, so he was able to come to my office and clean my car while I worked. He had already prepared me for the amount of time it was going to take, and was spot on. My car looks as good as it did when I first got it. My car smells so good and looks so good I don’t even want to touch it. My boss saw my car when it was all done, plus I had been sending snaps throughout the day, and asked to get prices on our fleet of vehicles as well as for his personal truck. Anyway, if I could give more starts I would. For now, I’ll have to just refer everyone to Xavier and be a regular. 💜 Added some before and after pictures.
