I went in to ask about how much it was to fix my a/c. The person who was at the front desk was coming out of the bathroom and did not even greet me. He just nodded his head. When I asked him he said it was 80 bucks without asking any questions about my car. I then asked if they were busy and he said “well look at the garage it seems pretty full”. As I was leaving, a white lady came in and he greeted her so kindly and made conversation with her. I am a Latino and this man was racist and very rude. Beware of this horrible customer service especially the white man up front who I believe is the owner. Horrible!

He told me to bring it in so they can look at it gave me a call before they did any work on it reasonable price NO STICK without a pistol just honest business. Pieza Automotive is a hidden gem on Archer. I have lived in this area for over 30 years never knew it was here. John was reccomend by a friend. Prices are reasonable and the service is the best! John is a no b.s. kind of person, hard to find people like that these days. Took the car in on Tuesday morning had an answer as to what was wrong by the afternoon, picked up the car Thursday morning.

I started 2 weeks ago, when my first headlight when out on my 2014 Traverse, but because of the weather I wasn't able to fix it ( when we had done it before at home) then last week the other went out too. This morning I searched shops near me, and saw the reviews for Pieza Automotive, and called, explained my situation to them, Nancy, the girl at the front desk said to wait an hour, and then take it to them, so I did, left my vehicle there and within 45 minutes, it was ready. Pointed out another job that "could" be done but said - "on a car this old, I don't know if I would invest the money. We'll just keep an eye on it." Most shops would have told me that this repair was necessary to keep me on the road. Gotta appreciate the honesty!

Ursula was GREAT!!! I took my car to another place and they told me I needed a PCM. I ordered and that particular place told me they would not fix it because I ordered the part myself after they told me it was national shortage. I came to Pieza and they told me it was a wire issue and that my car would be ready shortly. The relief I felt was beyond words. I came to pick up my car and Ursula and I spoke and she made me feel comfortable. My car has been still been going strong 💪! Thank you Pieza Automotive!!!!! I definitely recommend them.

I happened to find this shop from a Google search and boy am I happy I did! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable of their work. I called and explained that I thought my car needed freon and was told to come in so they could check. Once I got there, they took my car immediately and was done servicing it in under 20minutes! They are good at what they do and honest people. I will definitely be back for future service! Great job!

Pieza Auto is amazing. John is the best. I went in without an appointment for an oil change and he got me in right away. Richard did an amazing job.
