Took my truck there for the first oil change since I got it and was pleasantly surprised with th service i received. Them two big guys that work there were very nice and professional and had no problem answering all my questions about my truck. I will most definitely be back!

Very unprofessional. They put a piece of paper over the entire glass door window in the waiting room so you can’t see what the work being performed on your car. When it came time to pay the guy came in and said the total would be 54 and some change. I thought it was a little suspicious because the sign says 41.99 for a full service oil change. When I asked him about the price he said the other guy entered in the “wrong oil“ into the computer. I proceeded to attempt to pay with a 100 dollar bill. The guy said they were unable to make change, which I can understand during a pandemic. I went next door to get change and when I came back I had a new total of 42.97. Then he asked me if I wanted to use my 10.15 cent loyalty dollars? I said yes. My total went from 54 to 34.57 ! Not to mention they are done in less than 5 minutes. I paid and got in my car and left. While driving away I noticed they never changed the sticker telling me when my next oil change is due. Won’t be returning.

Went there for an oil change and they never changed the filter they just drained the oil and filled it back up... The filter pictured was installed by myself a year ago 🤦🏽

We used to bring both of our vehicles here for oil changes. But one day they put the wrong size oil filter in our car, and thankfully we live close and drove straight home. Later, some friends came over and informed us of a huge puddle of oil in the driveway under our car. It was the weekend so we had to wait until they re-opened before we could use our vehicle. On Monday the manager came out to our house and replaced the oil filter and put new oil in, but I was disappointed he didn't clean up the oil spill in the driveway. We were told that we could bring our car in later to have all of the oil cleaned off of the outside of the motor. I did so and continued to smell burning oil for weeks. I brought the car in to a mechanic thinking I had an oil leak when really the motor was so covered with oil that it had been dripping once it warmed up. Now anyone that knows anything about cars should know what could of happened if I had been in a hurry and started my car up. It would destroy the motor!! We were not sure if we should go back or not because we never had issues in the past. We were told by the manager that if we came back they would make it worth it for us. When we did decide to take our vehicle back in we got a $15 discount. After all the headaches, the oil spill in the driveway, the smell of burning oil every time I drove my car, and having to bring my car in to an automotive shop and spend $40 to properly clean the motor & to make sure there wasn't a leak, not to mention we weren't able to use our car the entire weekend. I don't think the $15 discount was worth it! We have not been back since!

Driving past VIP Lube today (Sunday), I saw the doors open. I was 5000+ miles over for an oil change. Jason, the manager, met me by the back doors. I asked if they were open today, and he said they weren't. He and the owner, Pete, were working on some upgrading/maintenance. However, they said they would be happy to help me out. They brought my vehicle in quick, did my oil change, filled my low tires, and reset my settings. The whole experience was less than 20 minutes, but I found myself smiling the whole time. The two of them are extremely kind, generous, and funny. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you, Jason and Pete!!!

Went for a quick oil change and at the end the guy told me that my "antifreeze was no good". I never agree to have anything done at these kinds of places until I have it checked out first, so I told him I'd look into it. I had my antifreeze checked and it was perfect. Good to -40°!! I won't be using this place again. I'm sure they figured since I was a female that they'd be able to sell me something I didn't need. Sorry, but this female is no dummy!

Very disappointed this time. Waited over half hr. While 4 guys walked around not showing any signs of progress on vehicles in shop. After the time I waited a kid comes out and tells me it be awhile on vehicle ahead of me. I say what about the other side. He says oh.. thats a co workers. I'll see if he can move it. Then a truck pulls up on that side. So now I can't move over. I left to go to another place. Their loss this time. Not to mention time before this my oil filter was leaking after oil had gotten changed. Hopefully they will have better respect for their customers at 70-80$ oil changes. I will give them 1 more shot after all this. Not happy!

Got the oil change done, they did a great job here. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, checked through things and didn't just mark them off. Very quick and very professional.

This business has deteriorated significantly over the years that I have used them. I went there today and ask for the full service. I got an oil and filter change. One of the two guys working was more interested in selling me an Air filter then doing the full service. My Bill was $73 and my receipt said that my tire pressure was checked, windshield wipers were checked, and windshield wiper fluid was topped off. I was sitting in the car the entire time and none of that was done. I will never use this business again.

After our last two oil changes here, our vehicle slowly dripped oil onto the garage floor. Both times, I did not feel confident taking it back to Pioneer, so I had our mechanic look at our vehicle. Each time, they found that a gasket was not put onto the drain plug. I could accept that one time was a mistake, however twice is just sloppy workmanship. After also questioning if they performed other work such as checking air filters and tire pressures, we finally lost all confidence is this place. After being a customer for a very long time here, we finally stopped going and will not return.

I just left this establishment, and wanted to write a deserving, raving 5 ⭐️ review! For the two young gentleman that helped me today! They were very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. They changed both headlights, wipers, replaced battery, a cabin filter, (that I didn’t even know I need it until I looked at it 🤦🏻‍♀️) and an oil change. All that I requested. It wasn’t pushed upon. They did this fast and efficiently with a smile. Worked well together as a team, and communicated every action, with me and each other. This kind of customer service doesn’t happen on a regular basis. Y’all deserve a round of applause! Keep up the good work. P.S. Tip these people. 🫶🏼

Instead of commenting on the negative and discussing how good or bad a car, do your job. Comparing one car to the next on the good, bad or ugly isn't how you get customers. I shouldn't hear conversations about a struggling vehicle from the waiting room. I shouldn't hear laughing about it or any other comments ever. Save it for after the guest leaves. My previous oil change at this place they stated the job done before that was bad as well. They were the ones who did it! I will not be back. Good riddance.

Went for oil change on 1/24/25. Been going here for 12 years. I pulled in and was asked if I'd been here before. I said yes. Then was asked why my sticker was missing. I said I tore it off because it had a change date that was based on regular oil not synthetic which is what I used. The representative said that would never happen and then made a nasty comment under his breath that I called him out on. He then accused me of being the problem. I took my car and left without an oil change. Shorter 20 something gentleman with curly hair cost them customer and everyone I know in Suamico there business. ......Update getting a relaxing oil change at PDQ 1/25. There are always others who appreciate the business...Update..the owner contacted me promptly and was able to resolve my concerns.
