Great place to get tires patched, just be sure to check the tires they find for you, they don't check dates of manufacturing and are often dry rotten. But always had decent luck with them.

Service was great! I got four tires and left for the beach. Unfortunately we had a blowout on the way down and a flat tire on the way back and a week later a 3rd tire today is coming apart at the seams. This was definitely a waste of 170 dollars!! It was also my daughters car and to know how unsafe she was. Definitely my mistake to buy used tires.

They put two wrong size tires on the right side of my vehicle. Messed it up pretty bad gots it pulling went back. Ended up having to pay full price for two more tires and then they broke a stud on my wheel hub and said oh we'll fix it but you got to pay for it It's okay because I got them on recording admitting that they broke it

Just bought 2 used tires there and within two weeks both were leaking air, and were pretty much bald by a month. Went there to get tires fixed and showed them the one I had bought over four months ago was still in good shape but ones from a month ago weren’t. Guy said he didn’t care. Said my rim was bent and cracked it when they tried to fix it. Was able to get a rim good price from junk yard and went back there thinking they would Mount and put my old tire on the rim but wanted paid more money for that. After one guy say he would do it for free for all the hassel. Then other guy came out threatened my bf and stuff up like he was going to fight with a 80 lbs drill in his hand. Refused to take accountability for the bad tires we had just gotten. But didn’t charge us the ten $ after we threatened to call the cops on employee. And come to find out every tire they had on my car was a different size. I’m a girl don’t know much and cares and tires, do now after other places informed me of the damage it can cause to my car!! Now here I am one rim and three tires I have to replace that I had just paid for month and half ago!!! Very unprofessional and do Halas work. I’ll never go back there again!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They took 3 hours to do a simple tire patch (we had to use over a quarter tank of gas to keep the air on in the heat), they did it wrong the first time and had to patch it a second time which only took 10 minites (explain how that works). They usually charge $10 for a tire patch but charged us $20 even though the extra patch was their fault. They broke our tire sensor and it's going to cost us $70 to get it fixed. They also serviced other people that came in after us much more quickly. It was very obvious that they just forgot about us with our car jacked up and the tire taken off. Don't go here.

Stopped in to get tires mounted and balanced they scratched the crap out of my wheels and they wasn't factory either deep scratches. Not to mention they didn't tighten all my lug nuts and my tires aren't balanced, I was kinda wondering why the lady asked me to pay after they only had 1 wheel done then she took off after me paying and didn't give a receipt because they knew the messed up my stuff never again will I use them for anything. Dude was on his phone more than anything else im sorry but you can't run a business like that could have easily said man I apologize but our machine scratched the crap out of your wheels it's on the house or hell just telling me instead of trying to hide it SMH absolutely pathetic!!!!!

Came in at 11:49 to get 2 tires put on my vehicle - one in front, one in back. It is now 2:20 and i’m still sitting here jacked up and waiting. I don’t mind if they had an appointment, but to have me jacked up for over 2 hours for 2 tires? that’s ridiculous… btw: If you told me they were smoking in the back, i would 100% believe you. they keep pacing, touching random shit that doesn’t matter, and on the phone rather than with the customer or the vehicle they are servicing. If i wasn’t trapped on jacks and my money in their hands, I would go somewhere else even if this is the cheapest option. At least at somewhere else you know your time and money both aren’t being wasted.

Never had a problem with service here. They usually stay pretty busy, so that does make the service kinda slow, Which is understandable. They only take cash, so make sure you have that in hand. Other than that, no complaints!

The worst experience I have ever had with a business I called and she said she had two tires that were matched and they was not when I got there. She did give me a break on the price, but the service was much much worse. They also they only take cash and she could have told me that on the phone but she did not. They hold your license while you go get money from a ATM who knows what they are doing with your license they could be taking pictures information who knows it should be illegal. She should make you go get cash before they do your tire work.

My boyfriend recently went to get his tires balanced, and boy was that a mistake. We figured that balancing tires would be easy enough for them, and that there wouldn't be any issues, but they said "hold my straw!" and proceeded to mess everything up. They stripped all but 1 stud, dropped his rims and scratched them in the process, and didn't balance even one of them. They did absolutely nothing but cause damage and take his money. They shouldn't be in business at all.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for all 4 wheels to be balanced when they were finished the weights were rubbing the front due to using the wrong weights they had to remove them. I drove out of town and began to feel my wheel wobble. Upon observing the rim only 1 lug nut was tight. I attempted to tighten the others but the studs all stripped out making it unable to tighten. I made it to a friends house where we had to cut the nuts off bc the studs had stripped out. When I checked all the rims. Not one had been balanced or weighted. The service was absolutely horrible and they did nothing but cost me money. They took my money and did nothing

I suggest not doing business with them. Called about a set of tires told the size i needed, said yes we have a set in that size. I arrived at the place told i called an said the size again they reassured me like i was stupid that yes they have them i said can i see the tires gave me an excuse that they were busy. I had them to install the tires i waited 5 hours for them to install the tires to find out they used the incorrect size and get told all sales are final, you can't bait and switch people. I chose to keep my old tires they give me 3 back i say hey where is my 4th tire? Cusses at me about it fans me off low an behold throws my tire at me an its the one with the best tread... tried stealing an got mad i caught them up in it reacted like a child. Day 2 i have to return because one of the tires they put on had a flat spot worn into the tire that if you went 40 the whole suv shook to hell, they try to blame me for the issue an after 3 hours gets the tire removed, low an behold busted belt literally all around the inside, tries to replace it with a tire that had a gash around 5 inches long an quarter inch deep in a angle across side wall to spite me. Had to argue about the tire an waited another hour for them to go through 2 more tires that had the wires showing before putting a decent tire on that ironically was in the shop easily reach-able. Then wanted to charge me 120 for extra labor because its my fault for the deffective tires they are selling. I plan on reporting them to the attorney general an i suggest you to go to the attorney general wv page an submit a claim as well.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. After telling me they could do a brake job the establishment has my vehicle on their lot and it will not move. I drove it there and now it will not move!! I asked for my money back and they refused to refund the money after they could not do the work they promised.

I went here today for some tires. The first guy broke my stud that held the tire in place. Not even a sorry. Just I need to replace. So I talked to the female manager and she went out there and said something to him. All he could say was it wasn't his fault. So I asked today put one on if I bought it and she said yes. So I went to The parts House and bought the stud and the lug nut. What I don't think is I shouldn't have to pay for someone to fix something that was broke there. But the gentleman that fixed it I appreciate him. His name is Hughie Adkins. If I ever go back it would only be if he still work there. He was polite and knew how to treat customers. I just want to say thank you very much for how you treated me Hughie. Thank you for fixing my stud.

Very poor service! They gave us a tire With a nail in it. Told us we had a 10 day warranty and when we brought it back before the 10 days was up they still charged us AGAIN to put a plug in it instead of fix it. Like what was the warranty for in the first place.

Charged $60 a piece for 2 meh tires for my trailer then another $5 extra for disposal. While I was there another customer came back unhappy because his aluminum rim was leaking around the bead they then proceeded to tell the customer that cleaning the wheel before mounting the used tire was an extra charge. I don’t agree with this at all and any time a tire is mounted a rim should be cleaned for a good seal especially an aluminum one. Then after customer was mad gone the employees acted as if the customer was very dumb for expecting that. I definitely won’t be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER go to Po-boys tires On Hal-greer in Huntington ever again. They sold me a tire to go so I could take and get ot put on my car. I was told if had any problems I could bring it back with in 10 days and get my money back. Well when I went to get it put on my car a hole was found on the sidewall. Things happen, I thought I would just take it back and get my money back. When I returned and told them there was a hole in the sidewall I was told they would fix it but not give me my money back. She said on the receipt it said no refunds but her own worker is the one that told me I could get my money back. I did become upset and yelled at her a sidewall on a tire can't be fixed and she yelled she would replace it. After some back and forth I took the replacement but I asked for a receipt or something just in case this tire had a hole and I heard her yelling I her office that she would no give me a receipt or anything. Guys, if they are "repairing" sidewalls there not only are they sucking at being a business owner but they are selling dangerous tires. YOU CANNOT REPAIR A HOLE IN THE SIDEWALL!! I guess I should have known better than go to this place anyway. The please reeks of weed and half the workers look like they are strung out. I won't be going back.
