Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on March 6th. I suspected my tires were not being rotated from the previous service so I marked my tires with kids chalk and sure enough, the tires were not rotated. Not even sure if the oil was changed.

We recently took our F350 in for recall work and some service work. Pollard had Competent service techs / mechanics but the young service writer lacked follow up or the courtesy to return phone calls checking on status and to see what day it would be ready as we live out of town.

I took my car there to handle a bunch of recalls, they were very friendly over the phone and told me they could probably knock them out over the course of 1-2 days. 2+ weeks later, I finally got my car back. But I don't really blame them, I went by there several times and they were super slammed and had tons of cars there being worked on. Only thing I would like better is communication of where they were at with my car. Days would go by without a update and I had to call several times before getting a answer. I also used the shuttle van to drop off and pick up my car, and that was awesome. Very friendly guy and called me to give me updates of how long it would be and was a great experience. That guy doesn't get paid enough!

If you have to get the AC on your ford worked on, I highly recommend working with these guys. David was professional and the customer service was above and beyond.
