Thanks Doug and Zach for the excellent service. My hot water heater quit working and they got it up and running in short order. Even with the supply chain issue they have it covered.

My wife ended up having to work with them because I went to the hospital for a stroke, but they showed up on time and did a great job. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Super nice, friendly and helpful gentleman who answered the phone when I called. Although we didn't book for service this time, I wanted to recognize the company and express my gratitude for the willingness to help and recommend another alternative. If we ever need service on our RV and we are passing through Lubbock, we will definitely keep you in mind. Appreciate your help!

Did a check around on my Rv before our trip for the holidays and noticed one of my wheels barely would spin. Turned out to be a spun wheel bearing. Called and Jeremy came out same day which was day after Christmas and replaced the whole brake assembly and bearings on the wheel. Very professional and a reasonable call out rate. Will use this service dept again In the future.

Two gentlemen came out today to remove an old washer/dryer and install a new one. They were both very professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their motor home!

Hello, this company is amazing. Their speediness and friendliness are worth every penny. They were very accommodating and even came to pick up our fifth wheel and dropped it off for us. We will definitely be using them for all of our future rv needs.

Do NOT USE ZAZ RV & MARINE!! I did not have an emergency or service call, I just had some little things I wanted done in my RV like struts added to the cabinet and such. I called and spoke to Jeremy Ramos telling him I’d like to get an estimate to possibly do some small things. He said sure we can give you an estimate (HE SAID NOTHING ABOUT ANY SERVICE FEES AT ALL) The guy that came was super nice but took his time to look at my “dream list” of things Id like to do. He gets all of his information and calls Jeremy who says I owe $375 just for him to give me a quote!! Again, there was NEVER any mention of any fees to give me an estimate so he had his guy wait here until I gave him the money for services which I will never get because I wouldn’t trust this man to do ANY WORK for me He even threatened me with “theft of services” when NOTHING WAS DONE. Talk about a thief! What a terrible way to do business.

It was a pleasure doing business with the people at ZAZ RV. Jeremy and others there took excellent care of the RV issues we were having. They went out of their way to make sure the repairs were done quickly and professionally. I would use them again for any future RV problems.

We called for ZAZ to come and check the a/c in our RV. We paid $200 for the tech to tell us it needed Freon and that they didn’t do that. We where first told that their service fee was $75 to come out, but since we were staying at Camelot RV, it was only $25. I don’t know how they came up with $200 if all the technician do was look at it. I should have known that when they ask for their money up front, they should not be trusted. Never using ZAZ again. Gave them one star because the technician was polite , although I’m not sure if I have any confidence in how accurate he was in his assessment.

Best RV repair place in town hands down. Have had several really great experiences here. They are always VERY timely with the repairs. Unlike the other guys who will tell you they can’t get you in for several weeks then let your RV sit on the lot “waiting for parts” for two months. ZAZ knows what they are doing and their communication is great throughout the whole process. Dont take your camper anywhere else!

I called ZAZ our because my AC unit wasn’t working. They messed with my water hoses, still don’t understand why, they broke my waste hoses and tren gave me an estimate of 3200 dollars. When I said no to this outrageous price they charged me 400 for a diagnosis. I had my AC replaced with one of their competitors for a total of 1700. If accidents happen I understand but leaving my hoses disconnected and waste hoses broken is simply messed up. I tried reaching out to Jeremy through calls and text and he decided not to answer. Hopefully this helps others to either ask how much a diagnosis will be (400 yuck) and to do some research before overpaying this much.

Update: The owner promised us a replacement jack that they bent, 3 months later we are still waiting and will probably never see the replacement jack. Its been excuse after excuse... Basically they tell you what you want to hear then hope you just forget or disappear. They have no intention of making things right. Don't ever use them for anything, they can't be trusted. Stay far far away from ZAZ RV & Marine Service Center. We went to have warranty work done with them along with another repair and it was nothing short of a nightmare! The warranty work was installing new windows, 16 to be exact. Upon getting our unit back we discovered they improperly installed 8 of the 16 windows, oh and totally forgot the silicone at the top on the outside of all 16… it took another 24+ hours to get that resolved and it was only because we were now able to watch every step of the way to catch all the mistakes and make sure they did it right. The tech was super nice, he gets credit! However it should NOT of happened in the first place! Plus the silicone they finally installed was not clear, it’s white, it’s slopped on and looks messy and bad. Something else we will have to fix ourselves. Our floor also got damaged in the process and while they said they’d fix it, they totally forgot. No worries our manufacturer is gonna step up and fix that. No thanks to ZAZ… Lastly we were having them repair a bent jack. They assured us they’d get the job done. We purchased the jack at an RV Dealership in town for a fraction of what ZAZ wanted to charge us for the part. The jack was installed and bent during the process of installation. We discussed with the tech about it and he told us exactly how it happened and why… he knew! To keep it short… they were not capable of properly fixing the jack and instead of discussing that with us, the proceeded to do as good as they could which left us with a bent jack in the end. When we tried discussing this issue with ZAZ we were told that they couldn’t do anything more. When we asked for a new jack to have repaired somewhere else his only solution was to give us a new jack, reinstall the original bent one and keep the one they bent. I mean really? We bought that and they bent it and basically they want to keep it so they can bend it back and sell it to some poor soul at full price not realizing the jack had been bent. They do dirty business and leave their customers unsatisfied. If I had it to do all over again I would have never taken our unit there. Don’t be like us and stay far far away!

I regret ever taking my boat and outboard to ZAZ RV and marine. *** please see update below and pictures of the invoice and the ZAZ’s response that they never did work for me, Terrible service A little under a year ago I took my boat and outboard to ZAZ RV and Marine For overheating Weak trim and tilt Sloppy steering Fiber glass repair *** update*** bilge pump work ZAZ performed did not work after second use -my outboard is still overheating -i had to fix the trim and tilt after ZAZ didn’t do anything substantial to improve the trim and tilt -ZAZ didn’t bleed the steering system when I took the boat out, so I lost steering launching the boat -The owner and service manager have a habit of gaslighting me whenever I have brought the boat back for issues resulting from their repairs and fixes that were not done right When I asked ZAZ why the tell-tale on the outboard was so weak after their repairs, ZAZ told me “that’s how Yamahas run”, I’m sure they would have said the same for a Suzuki or Mercury When I asked why the fiberglass repair cracked, I was told that’s how Majeks are when you mount a trolling motor on the bow, I’m sure ZAZ would say the same for any other brand of boat ZAZ has taken no accountability for not actually fixing what they were supposed to fix and will gaslight you when you call out their shoddy work. I was charged for overheating engine diagnostics but they could not diagnose that I had 2 malfunctioning thermostats, that I had to figure out within 5 hours of actual motor use. They also installed a heavier impeller and they also did not replace the water pump housing when it is clearly damaged I was charged for servicing the lower unit, I drained the lower unit afterwards, turns out they put in a small fraction of the whole quart that the lower unit needs. The propeller was never removed, I checked it and there was a nest of braided fishing line wrapped on the shaft. Do not use ZAZ RV and Marine or you will regret it as I do *** update please see pictures of a paid invoice from ZAZ to me and the screenshot of their response that they never did any work for me

Hard to give one star after paying Zaz $2800 and getting my boat back dirtier, and more tore apart than it was when I brought it. Black foot prints all over the place, I was charged for a new sensor what wasn’t even in the boat, dash tore apart and ignition switch removed without explanation….and they wanted more for a new ecm… hard to diagnose ecm issues without all sensors in place…. I can go on…charged for coolant when there wasn’t a drop in the engine… supposedly a new guy I charge of service- hope he can help….
