I Went to have my tire plugged, found out there was a gash and I needed another tire. I Asked for a used tire, so they put it on. Before I left I looked at the tire that they put on, it was way smaller than the others. When I pointed it out, they said “Oh your right”, and went to get the correct tire. Came back and said “we don’t have the size tire you need but we can move this small tire to the back or you can buy a brand new one for $100.” I said I didn’t want either. So they put the original tire with the gash back on. Bottom line: they thought that because I’m a young lady in a dress that I would be oblivious to the fact that the tire was way smaller than the rest. If I could notice it; then I know they could notice it as well. It’s what they do all day. They just wanted my money, and that doesn’t sit well with me. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Let me tell you guys about this place in Pompano very decent people they treat you decently like human beings I had to take my car away from Toyota up in Delray Federal Highway could they got Mickey Mouse and YouTubers mechanic this place is the best you name it and from now on that's what I'm heading I've been dealing with these people for a long time it's a little distance from me but it pays prices are good and they're very honest try it okie dokie

Pompano Auto's has great mechanics. I try to do a lot of regular maintenance stuff myself and I know a good mechanic in west palm beach fur when I need help, but I wanted to go to someone closer. A friend recommended Pompano Auto mechanic. I needed a lug nut stud replaced (the tire place I went to broke it off) and had started to try doing it myself but replacing it was more than I was comfortable with doing. George, the mechanic at Pompano Auto, had it fixed fast, was straight forward, super friendly.

Diagnosed my vehicle correctly.They suggested to have the car computer reset and wait until it happens again to make sure of the diagnosis to save me money but other mechanics at another repair shop could not even give me a straight answer. I had this particular issue for some time and I authorized the repair. The issue never came back. Car was fixed correctly and professionally. I do not think I will be servicing my car with the prior repair shop unless Pompano Auto Radio & Tires just can not find the solution. This is a family run repair shop with very high honest values and integrity. I felt extremely confident with their service.

Every one says this is a good company. Trust me they not. They did some work on my truck kept it for a week . They was joy riding in my truck, my truck had a full tank of gas when I drop it off for repair. I caught them riding around in my truck. And when I call them out on it. They want to say , we all are brothers and sisters. In Gods eyes. Right but I caught them using my truck for their own use. His daughter even drove around in my truck. These folks are rip off. Don’t trust them. They will treat you nice for awhile. Then after they think they won you over. That’s when they will try to rip you off. Zero stars if I could. I’ll never go there again.

I have been doing business with Margaret and George for several years purchasing junk cars from them through my business at Junkyard Dog with great service. I recently moved my residence from Davie to pompano beach and they are now my personal mechanic shop for my entire family. George is a very knowledgeable mechanic and charges very fair prices. I highly recommend Pompano Auto Radio Air & Tires if you’re looking for an honestly good mechanic shop.
