Ok.. so I was in need of an EMERGENCY BRAKE & ROTAR job. I accidentally texted Daniel who used to work at Marathon close to my house in Bowling Green! Daniel has done work for me in the past. He informed me that he no longer works in Bowling Green , however, he was ready, willing , and available to take my BMW today- with no appointment if I could make it to this new location (Power Tire), in Fredericksburg. Also gave me a cheaper estimate! I definitely APPRECIATE good customer service and will be sure to that DANIEL takes care of my repair needs in the future… now that I know where he is. Really appreciate the guys at Power. Got us back on point with a practically brand new set of 21" tires for a nice lil deal (literally 25% of what I was going to pay elsewhere)! I would give zero if possible. I responded to an ad on FaceBook Marketplace for 4 tires and established a time when I would be by to buy and get them installed. I was told I did not need to schedule an appointment. When I arrived I was told the tires were sold and when I expressed my displeasure the employee was threatening me like he wanted to fight. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

Wow wow wow!! My usual tire place didnt have my tires in stock and mine were BAD. Hardly any safe tread left as well as the threading was VERY visible. I had procrastinated for so long that by the time I pulled the trigger, I was worried if I wasnt going to be able to make it to a SECOND place without incident. I'm so glad I called- gave them my tire size- and after a brief hold- the owner, Alex - said to "come on down!" I drove from Mike's tires' straight to Power Tire & Repair; about a mile further down Lafayette towards down town. The team was fast, super affordable and polite. Most importantly, I felt that Alex truly cared and he was honest & straightforward regarding any recommendations he had for me. I'm so grateful. My mind is at ease. And this is officially my new tire place that I will recommend to everyone!
