Precision towed my car after it was totaled. The guy that towed my car was very patient and kind and the lady at the front desk was also patient and sympathetic. She explained everything so well and was understanding of my mental state, due to me just having a car accident before. Precision Auto takes great care of your vehicles repairs, while other auto services just want to take advantage. I can trust these guys with anything that my vehicle needs! Those that know the obstacles of owning a Tesla, it’s a pain to always bring it in Tesla shop, since my vehicle is out of warranty, the repairs is always overpriced and takes up way to much time. Precision Auto always finds ways to help reduce price and find the best part deals. I can appreciate the effort that that takes without even asking them to do it.

There were delays in supply of parts and some unavoidable delays related to holiday closures. I am pleased with the outcome, as the car functions well and the paint appears like new. My 2024 Silverado got its stock wheels and rims stolen and was left on blocks. I got recommended to take my truck here from Big Rods Wrecker Service. I met Jaafar and initially told him I just wanted my replacement wheels to be the same with black stock Chevy rims. He basically asked me how I felt about going all in and he said that he could keep within the budget. I sent him a picture of the rims and running boards I wanted… and his team ran with it. They nailed it.
