I highly recommend this place for so many reasons. I moved here 11 years ago and Fred, Jeremy and Monica have offered first class customer service and top-notch care for our vehicles. We keep coming back after all this time given the great relationship. Their mechanics have worked on our vehicles both domestic and foreign and they have a deep knowledge and experience working on all types of vehicles. We’ve had several vehicles that have been over 200,000 miles and they’ve helped us extend the life of those vehicles, saving us time and money and they can do the same for you as well. They fixed the brakes on my Camry quickly and explained everything, making sure I understood the work that needed to be done. The repairs were completed on time and at a fair price. Moved from Michigan to Texas and brought my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Up North we experience heavier snowfall, so snow melting substrate is spread on roads to prevent ice build up. The substrate can be corrosive to the chassis and parts of any vehicle if not car washed every week. This also leads to quicker wear and tear. I brought my Tacoma to Firestone before I brought them to Car Fix. The folks at Firestone didn't have the skills needed for the repairs the pick up needed, so they couldn't do anything. Jeremy from Car Fix let us come in as a walk in appointment. Thankfully, Jeremy had an extensive knowledge of the issues at hand. I dropped it off in the morning at 11am, and by closing at around 4pm, an estimate invoice was discussed. I dropped it off on Thursday, got my brake lines replaced, exhaust pipe replaced and a few other parts fixed. By Saturday we were able to drive it back home. Price was fair for the services provided. I have recommended my father and other family to this place. We will be coming back to Car Fix for any other issues.
