Brought my work van in to get an oil change and I was also very adamant about getting the tires rotated. I came back and a different employee was there, he reassured me that he watched his technician rotate my tires. I let him know I marked the tires to make sure it was done and It absolute baffles me that he blatantly continued to lie to my face. I put a smiley face on the front drivers side that they wiped off and clearly they didn’t notice the frowney face I put on the rear drivers side because each tire was still in its same position. These people will never be trusted by me again with any of my vehicles and I highly suggest whoever’s reading this review to look for better options.
