★☆☆☆☆ If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. Very disappointed. I been coming to this location a few times but the last few visits has not been pleasant. I came in for a noise that was bothering me. He talked to me, said he’ll get it fixed. He calls me and tell me what it was and that if I fixed it, the noise would be okay. I paid the $530. Picked my car up, and the noise was LOUDER. I was disappointed and distraught. I called him, he tells me oh i’m hearing the noise because of something else and if I get it fixed it won’t be a noise anymore. Okay, a few days later I take it in the morning. 8am. I didnt get a call until 4 something with them telling me it’s ready for pickup. I wasnt in town at the time so I paid over the phone ($730) and was going to pick it up when I got back. Once I picked it up, nothing changed! Whew, I was frustrated. I called him, and he tells me that if I get something else fixed it won’t be that noise. $600 something to fix it. At that point, I was tired of the broken promises and wasting my money. I took it to the location on Garners Ferry for a second opinion. They heard me, understood why i was upset and told me I won’t be leaving disappointed. Literally 3 days later, I bring them my car and it was fixed SAME DAY. ($347) and it was not what the guy from Cayce location told it was. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I wasted so much for my car to be fixed by someone who couldn’t even fix a simple problem. I will never be going back. They were sweet, but dingy apparently.

★☆☆☆☆ I was charged for a service they never completed. Soon as I drove off my check engine light came back on. I immediately turned back around and went back for them to tell me the car is okay to drive and they would call me back within the week. Never got a call back. I had to call several times and go up there several times to follow up. Darrell the manager just continued to give me the run around so I asked to speak to someone over him and he stated there’s no one over him. I ended up taking them to court and was awarded my money back and for court fees. This company is STILL giving me the run around and STILL haven’t paid me the money owed. They are trying to force me to sign a document, when the court has stated I rightfully won and the money is owed to me, and I DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN anything. Now I have to go back to court and file more paperwork because they STILL aren’t trying to do the right thing.
