Update: Monday August 4, 2025: Troutwine Automotive continues on its “road” of providing EXEMPLARY customer service (the owners Joe and Rachel (sp?) are both absolutely phenomenal people!!!) and as well possess EXCELLENT knowledge and know how in diagnosing and repairing one’s vehicle. I always try to make an appointment for my servicing needs but sometimes a situation occurs that one is not in the position or allowed to and thus needs immediate help. This morning presented this situation for me. I was warmly greeted by the owner Joe and he was very kind and gracious in getting my car in to diagnose AND fix problem. I just simply can’t recommend a better (in every arena) and more honest mechanic group. The entire staff are just beyond!!! If you need an honest and fair mechanic team you need to look no further…. First time needing an auto shop since I moved to SC. After speaking extensively with Rachel, I knew this was the place. Genuine, honest and knowledgeable. This is a great family run automotive repair business. I liked the online report of my vehicle that included pictures of issues , diagnoses and data on the vehicle.
